A lovely oasis attached to Busch Gardens, also available as a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms! The gated "Kingsmill on the James" (not part of Kingsmill Resort but Kingsmill Spa available with your stay!
Graced with an abundance of beautiful evergreens, the beauty here is year-round. Audubon bird sanctuaries, miles of lovely trails, shell filled beaches and acres of natural beauty. Not a resort condotel, this first floor large two bedroom two full bathroom condo offers the comforts of home, decorated at the holidays, books, streaming,games, and a fully stocked kitchen, everything needed for cooking large meals, a variety of sleeping pillows, walk to the spa for pampering, try golfing at the award-winning gorgeous Green or Gold course at Golden Horseshoe, or enjoy stocked lakes for fishing, barbecues, picnic areas, cafe, treasured historic sites, beaches and playground within short walking distance of the condo. There's tennis, soccer, pickleball and basketball here too, restroom and shower by the marina beach a short walk away. Order excellent food at Kingsmill, Eagles Express, or walk to The Mill Cafe and dine on the beautiful outdoor Terrace, or on your own deck with beautiful sunsets overlooking lovely tennis greenbelt surrounded by evergreens where we've spotted deer, bunnies, squirrels, groundhogs, gophers, ospreys and wild turkeys. Barbecue at the grills at Mounts Bay, or try excellent food at Maurizio's or The Whaling Company... Enjoy fishing at Macaulay's Park, admire Kingsmill's beautiful estates along the river, take the ferry to historic Surry and dine at on the water at The Surry Seafood Company, spend a day following the Colonial Williamsburg Tasting Trail, or try your luck at Colonial Downs race track and casino!

We absolutely loved our stay! The accommodations were beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — from the cozy beds to the well-maintained furniture. The location couldn’t be better, just minutes from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The property has fantastic on-site amenities, including tennis courts and several delicious dining options nearby. Security was friendly and welcoming, and it’s clear the owners take great pride in keeping everything in top shape. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful home base for 3 days

As advertised, convenient location to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Beautiful place to walk paths. Teen son liked fishing (even without catching anything) and the mini soccer field. Wonderful water pressure in showers. Suggest to the owners adding some kitchen hand towels and cleaning cloth for dishes. We cooked and wanted to hand wash the pots, not use the dishwasher. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Long Weekend

I am so glad that I found this condo. It is just as described and has everything you need. It is very clean and quiet. The host is excellent in her responsiveness and communication. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our Favorite VRBO in Williamsburg

One of our favorite vrbo's! Very clean, lovely and spacious condo on the greenbelt, walking distance to all the restaurants and the beach! Very comfortable beds and soft linens. The two bedrooms are very separate from each other , each with their own bathroom, so ideal for two couples or a family wanting privacy. The host is amazing and responds within minutes, extremely considerate, she has thought of everything, very well stocked, we were able to cook a large meal then walked to the marina dock to see the Busch Gardens fireworks! Had the breakfast buffet overlooking the James River and then walked to the historic ruins. Can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Great location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo is conveniently located within minutes of Busch Gardens and the historic areas. It was well stocked with all the essentials, the only negative, it could use a good deep cleaning the woodwork and fixtures had thick layers of dust but that being said I would recommend the place.

Women’s golf tournament

We were three women who were attending a 2 day golf tournament at Kingsmill. When we arrive to our unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The only questions that we had was regarding a future booking because the condo was so lovely. Our checkout process was magnificent. We were able to leave the sheets on the bed, the dishes in the dishwasher and all that was taken care of by the owner. And for that we are so thankful. We would give Gayle 10 stars!

Perfect condo!

This property is situated beautifully in Kingsmill - in addition to proximity to the Kingsmill resort amenities, there many great walking paths and sights (wildlife, James River, Wareham Pond). It is an easy drive to anywhere in Williamsburg. The condo is kept up nicely and was perfect for us. The host provides many thoughtful amenities not common to all VRBOs, such as bed linens and towels, a stocked kitchen including condiments and many shelf stable items, and a selection of toiletries in each bathroom. Finally, the host (Gayle) was extremely responsive and helpful throughout.

Clean and close to clubhouse

Clean and large 2BR with 2 master baths. Was perfect for golf trip, only a minute from clubhouse. Highly recommend.

Amazing place!

Loved this condo so much! It was stocked with everything we could have needed and was in such a great location (super close to Busch Gardens). The host was so communicative leading up to and during our stay. Would definitely return here again!

Perfect place for a Williamsburg stay

We stayed during our visit to Colonial Williamsburg. It’s a short drive, about 10 minutes, to Colonial Williamsburg. The condo is on a beautiful property. Lots of green space for our kids and dogs. There is plenty of space for the whole family. The twin bed setup in the 2nd room was great for our kids. The beds are super comfortable and I slept well our whole stay. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend this home to anyone planning a stay in Williamsburg.

Fantastic Place/Great Location

We were in town for a golf tournament at Kingsmill and this was the perfect place to stay. Literally 2 minutes to the clubhouse. Great property and the owner pro vides a ton of extra bathroom and kitchen supplies to make the stay either. Will book again!!!

We love this Kingsmill condo!

Kingsmill is a perfect location for visiting Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and the College of William & Mary. We stayed in this condo during my daughter's graduation from W&M. It was a perfect peaceful get-away between all the graduation events and moving activities. I recommend renting bikes, as there is a very nice 4.5 mile loop to bike or jog. You can also ride or walk down to the marina on the James River, which is beautiful. The restaurant Elements is a 5 minute walk, and convenient for a good buffet breakfast. We really enjoyed having lunch on the porch at the Mill, which is even closer to the condo. The condo has a nice kitchen, and a big living room for relaxing. The owner, Gayle, was easy to reach and very accommodating. It was a great stay!
