Take a drive on the Historic Colonial Parkway to Jamestown or Yorktown. From the Condo, it’s a short stroll to the James River Beach and Marina, or take a walk on over 4 miles of bike trails in Kingsmill. The Kingsmill community offers Pickleball, basketball, and tennis courts, playgrounds, and 2 lakes for fishing. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony with views of the James River. After a day of exploring the area, relax and catch your favorite movie with Roku TV's in the living room or bedroom.

The updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances offers a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Don't want to cook while on vacation, there are plenty of excellent restaurants close by or within a 10 minute drive. Located just outside the gates of Kingsmill, you will find seafood (the Whaling Company) Italian (Maurizios) and Mexican (La Terra) restaurants.. and of course a Starbucks! Also located right outside the gate of Kingsmill is a Harris Tetter supermarket if you prefer to prepare some of your own meals.

We are long time Williamsburg residents so if you have any questions about the area please reach out. If you are bringing children, we have friends and family in the Kingsmill community and can offer suggestions for babysitting for that special adults night out. Please note - while our condo is in the resort area of the Kingsmill Resort, we have chosen to manage our property ourselves to provide our guests with freshly updated condo, personal service, reasonable price and no resort fees. You will have access to the Spa (services priced by Kingsmill Resort) The Mill (coffee and cafe food offerings) and the Beach at the Marina.
