Enjoy amazing views and sunsets in this updated Pelican Watch beachfront villa that's a short walk to pools, dining, and golf. From the first-floor villa, walk right out onto the wide uncrowded beach with a boardwalk directly behind the back deck. The boardwalk ensures an unobstructed view to the water. The villa is also within short walking distance to the club house and pools with the access/amenity fee included at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

The Villa:

Wake up to the comforts of home! The master bedroom has a flat screen TV, private connected full bathroom (including hair dryer), and a sunny reading nook. The inviting king size bed features a memory foam mattress. A fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy coffee on the patio in the morning as dolphins swim by.

Four can sit comfortably around the dining table and the kitchen opens into the living area making serving meals easy. The open airy floor plan offers amazing views to the water from the living, dining, and kitchen area.

High speed wi-fi and cable are provided with a brand new 55ā€ 4K TV in the living area. The sofa in the living area has a pull-out queen size bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Off the hall is a full bath with a shower allowing your guests their own space.

The deck has seating for four around a pub table.

If you are a dog lover, this villa is dog friendly for (up to 2) dogs! Additional pet fees required if your dog(s) will be accompanying you.

Island Life:
Seabrook Island is a private, welcoming oceanfront community just miles from historic Charleston, SC. Immersed in natural splendor, the lush barrier island offers sun-kissed days on the beach and activities for every vacationer. In the evening relax on the shady back deck with a glass of wine watching the sunset or easily get a beach bonfire permit and walk down from the villa to the beach for a sunset fire, then roast marshmallows as you wind down from a memorable day.

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night ā€“ 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

This was such a perfect getaway for my husband and I. It was so cozy, and the view was beautiful. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend. We would definitely come back!

We loved this spot. The views were amazing, and it was perfect for the two of us and our pup. So appreciated the amenity passes being included. Loved the beach pool and restaurant. Very peaceful vacation. Only issue was every time we used the washing machine, it gave an error code, even with two items. Other than that it was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Ty

Pet Friendly at the beach

Very Relaxing

My family had a great time, always enjoy coming to Seabrook Island. The condo was excellent, very clean, with extra cleaning supplies, check in was simple and ready hours early, the staff were very communicative so we were prepared for the entire trip from reservation to check out. Also extremely pet friendly and easy access to the beach. Will definitely be staying with Coastal Getaways again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condominium. It is located at the far end of Seabrook much closer to Kiawah river inlet and the beach is very private. Our only complaint was weather didnā€™t cooperate, but our stay was great.

Great location for pets.

Perfect location with the beach just steps away. In the morning and evening you can see deer grazing from the patio. Ideal beaches with soft sand and minimal waves. Good for pets and young children. Couples will enjoy the soft sand and nature. You can see dolphins swimming.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time at Seabrook! This was our third visit but our first stay at this property. It is beautiful! So well stocked and decorated. Thoughtful touches like nightlightā€™s. It was so easy to take our Yorkie for a walk just a few steps out of the villa. We wouldnā€™t hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect getaway

The villa was very clean, dog friendly and close to the beach. We loved the porch area, just wish it had a couch or hammock to relax on while reading on rainy days. We also loved the entry system with the key box but I would feel more comfortable with a lock on the back door going to the beach as well. It was very quiet and relaxing and we will definitely be coming back.

We had a very relaxing stay. The condo was charming. We loved having breakfast on the deck and watching the deer each morning. Seabrook is a gem. It's the perfect place to slow down and enjoy quality family time. Sidenote: There were wasp making a nest outside on the deck. We didn't see any spary so we called maintenance. He said he would come and spray, but never did.

Lowkey getaway

If you want to get away to a peaceful beach scene, this Seabrook has it. We enjoyed the proximity and access to the beach that this property had, and the area was very dog friendly. When we arrived everything was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with all the cooking tools and appliances that we needed to cook all week. I will be recommending this place to friends and family and we hope to visit again in the future!

The perfect getaway!

We LOVED our weekend at Pelican Watch on Seabrook Island! The location was amazing and it was so nice being able to walk right out to the beach. We loved everything about the condo! The only issue we had was when we had noisy upstairs neighbors the first 2 nights of our stay. After they left, it was very peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the island!
