Just off the beach in the desirable Shore Drive area. The owners have updated this condo to make you feel right at home with cozy furnishings and fixtures to make this a truly desirable and comfortable getaway for you and your family. This corner unit has great views overlooking the beautiful landscaped courtyard area featuring the outdoor pool. The kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience . New HDTV Flat screen TV's. Also free Wi-Fi in the unit for your pleasure. Seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and seating for 6 at the dining room table.

Summer rentals are Sun-Sun or if 6 night rental a Sunday check in or check out day.

Beach cart on the front porch to carry all your stuff to the beach makes going to the beach much easier. Also 3+ Beach chairs.

There are also charcoal grills available in the courtyard for your grilling pleasures. Enjoy the evenings on one of the two screened in porches or the open porch with a porch swing.. Ready for a dip in the heated indoor pool or hot tub? Your just a few steps away.... Dry sauna also available to help you unwind after a tough day at the beach.

Great stay!

We stayed for a week and this condo was everything we needed and wanted! Very clean, plenty of space, and the location was amazing. Quick walk to the beach and some great restaurants. Also a short drive to some of the areas favorite shopping spots. We will definitely book again!!

Beautiful Trip

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Plenty of room and the location was perfect. The beach was just a short walk down the road. The available buggy was perfect for getting all of the towels and chairs down to the beach. Onsite pools were clean and the water was warm and refreshing. Area restaurant suggestions were spot on. All in all, a perfect stay for our family vacation. Thanks for everything!!!

Great place as always

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. The condo overall is great and the location is wonderful. The owner was great to work with too. Very courteous and prompt. I'd recommend this place.

Best place!

This is quite location very close to the beach. The appartment is more roomy than on the pictures. Heated pool was 50 ft from the complex. My daughter loved the swing seat at one of the balconies (3 balconies!). We have been renting apartments for the last 5 years when on vacation and this one is the best we stayed in. I highly recommend it. 👌

Great family stay

Spacious 2BR/2BA condo in a great location. Very short walk to beach, convenient to grocery store, and close enough to main attractions while being far away enough to enjoy quiet and peace! Convenient to several golf courses within 30 minutes of you are looking for a golf and beach stay that is convenient for everyone in your party. There was a small issue regarding the keyless entry for our stay but the host was proactive in contacting us about it before we arrived and ensured we had entry access at the time of our arrival. There was plenty of room for our group of 4 adults, one teen and one pre-teen. Both pools were nicely maintained - the indoor pool has a nice little sundeck and its own bathroom area which was very nice! The condo is on the third floor with no elevator, but it is manageable for anyone who is able-bodied. The complex was quiet with respectful neighbors/guests. There were a few dining options within walking distance as well as a coffee shop. This rental is an excellent value and will be on our list of properties to check for our next Myrtle Beaxh visit!

July 4th week family beach stay

CONS: A/C was broken first day- it was 76 degrees in there and instead of the owner sending someone to fix it, he sent me videos on how to troubleshoot and do it myself. I spent 2 hours working on that with no fix. He sent someone the next day around 1pm to fix it. I asked for my first day money back, was told no but was offered to check out late at 1pm our last day. It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevators, so taking a weeks worth of stuff up in July was terrible Says towels are included, but you gotta pay $25 to use them if you don’t wash and dry before you leave. Sheets for the 3 beds are not included. Only got the 1 trash bag that was in the trash can for a weeks stay- so take some if you book. I had to park my golfcart somewhere else because they have a “no golfcart” rule for some reason. I went to get the golfcart to load for the beach- 2min top getting my kids and mom on there to go so they didn’t have to walk far. Did not ever leave it there- and some old couple told me they were coming to tow it. Just kind of petty. The parking situation is also first come, first serve and you are actually NOT given 2 parking places. Very outdated. But not the biggest deal. Can’t use the pots and pans because they have so much crud caked on them- so take your own if you like to cook. 1 fridge was unusable/STANK! PROS: has washer and dryer. Close to the beach. Nice pools. Has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 porches. 2/3 comfortable beds.

We loved this condo. We were familiar with the area and this unit checked off all our boxes. Great communication with the host, easy check in process and all the amenities we could need. Would highly recommend!

Loved it

We had a very pleasant experience with our property and the owner. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early the morning of check in and the room wasn't ready yet but she let us go in and get changed so that we could use the pool and keep the kids occupied until the room was ready. She was very responsive to any questions we had and the condo itself was very nice and perfect for my family. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Perfect location as well, it's central to all the main attractions and close to the beach.

Awesome place!!

Loved this place!! A short walk to the beach. The only thing is that if you have small children that have played at the beach all day it's hard to get them to want to walk back. But other than that it was great!

Best vacation ever

From the time I selected this property until the day we checked out Jody was a saint. The pictures on the website do not do this condo justice. Short walk to the beach was fun and the pools that I could not keep the kids out of are just perfect. We will for sure be staying at this condo in the near future! Thank you so much Jody!

The WILLIAMS First Anniversary Stay E9

We actually had great time everything was neatly & clean. I really enjoyed back top patio looking over the pool area fresh air. Not to far from the beach another activity. I will definitely come back to E9.

We love to travel with the family and love Myrtle Beach and Hilton Head Island, SC. This is the best golfers destination in the world for the amount of courses around. My kids really like the indoor pool, outdoor pool and being close to the beach.

We vacation here at least four times a year and love this more quiet area that has a less crowded beach, nearby shopping and great dining. We enjoy the park like setting of Summertree Village and yet so close to the beach.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

My kids love the the breakfast bar with seating for 6 and the 2 furnished screened in porches but mainly the porch swing on the 3rd porch. It is very nice to have an end unit and 3rd floor with nobody above you to make noise. A 5 minute, less than 2 block, walk to the beach down the sidewalk is very easy. This unit has so many areas to be to yourself if you want to. Plus the development always seems so quiet. We love it.
