Kingston Plantation is a 145-acre master planned community with 1/2 mile of wide, white sandy beach. 23-acres of freshwater lakes and breath-taking manicured grounds with mature oaks, myrtles, dogwoods and pines...beautiful parks throughout! Kingston Plantation offers two pools to choose from. The pool at St James Park is located directly beside this villa and an ocean front pool is located between the North Hampton and South Hampton. Both of these pools are for your use during your stay in our villa.

Our residence is a wonderfully cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor villa located in the St. James Park community of Kingston Plantation...providing direct lakefront views! Our home has been recently renovated with ALL imaginable upgrades! There is ample sleep space for our guests including a King bed in the master bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the guest bedroom! Remodeled features include a renovated, fully operational kitchen with all upgrades such as black appliances, wood cabinetry, granite countertops, modern/contemporary pendant lighting above the bar and beautiful tile back-splash! New furniture pieces throughout...decorated in a comfortable Pottery Barn coastal motif! New in 2024 ...65 inch Roku Smart TV in the living room. High-def flat screen TV's in both bedrooms!

Our living room houses a 65-inch high-def, flat-screen, wall-mounted TV for your entertainment. It's a Roku Smart TV. New in 2024. Perfect for watching those intense, live golf tournaments or a fun, family movie! We have a new in 2025 46-inch Roku TV in master bedroom and a new in 2025 50 inch Roku TV in guest bedroom...all for your enjoyment!

Our bathrooms have also been renovated providing perfect solace to the end of your busy vacation days while touring the Grand Strand! With waterfall shower heads, pebble tile flooring in the master bathroom, granite vanities and all new ceramic tile flooring...it is a sweet retreat during your stay in our home! On our spacious deck we now has 2 new Breeszesta rockers and a Polywood bar height table and 4 chairs for you to enjoy. The deck overlooks a beautiful small lake. Our home is a true must see and the perfect place for you and your family! So, don't miss out and spend your vacation with us!

Private covered parking carport is exclusively yours to use. It's located just steps from our villa's front door. No more parking decks or extreme heat to navigate.

The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The beach was just a few minutes walk away. It made for a really good week for the family at Christmas time. It was well maintained and clean with every convenience you think of. Our host, Bart has made a really great home away from home for the vacationer!

The condo was beautiful. We loved the location--just a short walk from the beach, lovely water view out the back, convenient to town. No stairs, covered parking right outside the door. Kitchen had everything we needed. Master bath and shower were great!

We highly recommend this beautiful home .It was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The beach is just a five minute walk from the rental . The beds are very comfortable and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be renting again .

This was a beautiful villa that was tastefully decorated and exceeded every expectation we had for a vacation stay. It actually felt as if we were staying in a friends home, with anything we would need provided. Bart was a welcoming host that checked with us to make sure we were comfortable. The extras are too many to list (but top 3 were the pool right off the back deck, the wonderful neighbors in St. James Park, and the proximity to the beach). It was all simply spectacular!

This villa exceeded my expectations. Communication with Bart was great and the check in and out process was seamless. The villa itself offered all the comforts of home including a fully stocked kitchen and full sized washer/dryer. The villa is very tastefully decorated and we loved sitting on the back deck overlooking the beautiful pond. Thanks so much- we will definitely stay here again!

Great space & location! Our second stay!

This is a great property. Excellent location at The Kingston Plantation. This is our second stay - and did not disappoint. Super clean! And nicely furnished. Great amenities with 2 pools and a short walk to the beach. A great visit!

Quiet Nighborhood!

Weekend getaway

Enjoyed it, felt like home. We watched the geese and squirrels which was fun. It was our 46th anniversary so we just went to relax, and it was a nice place to do just that. Thanks so much for letting us uses your home.

Great December Getaway

The villa was just as described and an excellent fit for us during our Christmas getaway. Close to the beach, pier, lake, etc. Perfect walking area. Walked to the Black Drum for dinner. Close proximity to head out our Kingston for dinner, shopping etc. Close to grocery stores too. Bart was personable and quick to reply to any questions.

Great Villa

We had a great experience staying in Bart's villa. It was well maintained. It is just a short walk to the beach and in a nice quiet area. Bart was excellent to work with. Everything was very easy and communication was great!

October Business Convention at Hilton

We enjoyed having the rooms, kitchen, privacy of this vrbo for my Hilton convention and it was a short 15 minute boardwalk to get to my meetings. Bart, the owner, was very helpful with any questions we encountered. The back porch view was great for morning coffee!

Beautiful Condo

Weekend Get-A-Way at Bart's

Beautiful condo within steps to the beach. Many extra amenities included especially for the beach. There is a slight odor to the condo but may be from infrequent use. Room spray did not clear the scent. Otherwise very clean and tidy.

The St. James Park area of Kingston is wonderful. Our villa is located directly beside the pool of St. James Park and has an incredible lake view. The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes! This villa gives you the best of both worlds.... a peaceful lake-front setting and yet only steps to the beach.

Our villa is located directly beside the St. James Pool. This beautiful pool is only 20 steps away. Cresent Lake is just off our spacious deck. Our villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac makes for a relaxing stay. You will have your own private covered parking with storage when you stay in 2B St James.
