This light-filled apartment is the entire second story of a private two-story building, accessed by a dedicated entrance and a single flight of stairs. With windows on nearly every wall, even winter days feel bright and warm. Central heating and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort, no matter the season. A Kitchen Made for Real Meals Our thoughtfully stocked kitchen features a full-size fridge, electric range and oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you’ll need to create and enjoy meals at home. The adjacent dining area seats six and offers views of Old Mammoth Road through large, sunny windows. Relax & Recharge in Style The living room invites you to sink into a plush sectional sofa, stream your favorites on the Smart TV with Roku, or simply enjoy a cozy evening in after a day on the mountain. Boot trays and a dedicated ski and snowboard rack by the entrance make it easy to keep your gear organized. Restful Bedrooms & Spa-Like Comfort The bedrooms are designed for true relaxation with queen beds, blackout curtains, sound machine, closet with hangers, dresser, and a Smart TVs with Roku. The ensuite master bath offers a spa-like experience with a freestanding soaking tub, step-in shower, dual-sink vanity, and a separate toilet room. A second full bathroom features a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and private toilet space—perfect for sharing. Parking & Access Enjoy free parking for two vehicles just steps from the front door. A Red Line town shuttle stop is just a half-block away, taking you to The Village, Main Lodge, and with transfers to Canyon Lodge. The Eagle Lodge seasonal shuttle stops right across the street. Prime Location for Dining & Adventure You’ll be just steps from restaurants, a short walk to Vons grocery store, and only a 5-minute drive to Eagle Lodge or 13 minutes to Main Lodge. Fantastic Stay
Great location! Restaurants, grocery store, ski rentals and bus stop to Mammoth Ski Area across the street. Beautiful extra large upstairs unit with all the comforts of home. Large couch for family time. Clean and impeccably decorated!

Rock Hard Beds
Place is nice and looks just like the pictures. All three beds were hard as rocks, ply wood would have been better. If you are a light sleeper road noise was constant from the master bedroom because it is closest to the busy road. There was some type of noise that was constantly going at night. We ended up leaving a day early to get better sleep.

Thanks for the review. Yes, as mentioned in the listing, we are located in town and the master bedroom is by the road. Thankfully we are small town so the traffic is minimal at night, but can understand if that was unexpected. We do provide sound machines in all rooms for light sleepers. We are sorry you found the mattresses uncomfortable. We do our best to provide the most comfortable stay, but understand even though we use the same mattresses ourselves at home, mattress feel is highly personalized so might not be the best fit for others.
