Welcome to our Mountain Oasis- Where beautiful views of the Sherwins, Mammoth Rock, the gondola, nature and wildlife abound. A bubbling creek out back can be seen and heard from most rooms. We are surrounded by open space on the most spectacular piece of land in all of Mammoth, step out your back door and take in the sprawling meadow with trails to explore, the beautiful flowing creek with waterfall and the unobstructed panoramic mountain views!

Inside, immerse yourself in comfort in our newly remodeled townhome with all new granite counter tops and appliances, furnishings, linens, dishes, etc. We purchased our Mammoth home after 4 years of searching for the perfect space that literally "had it all!" Our patience paid off and we found this beautiful home. After our new remodel and updates, we were able to start with a blank slate as far as furnishings. You won't find any old castoffs here, everything is modern, new and updated, with comfort and style as the ultimate goal.

Our home has three full bedrooms, two with king sized beds and one with a queen. All three bedrooms have 43 inch TV's. The upstairs loft is comfortable for adults or children alike and has two twin beds and a comfy reading chair.

We offer amazing views, incredible outdoor space, new furnishings inside, comfortable beds, walk in showers with rain heads. We also provide excellent, personalized customer service.

Our family/great room has a newly remodeled wood burning fireplace to keep you cozy on a cold winter night. The family room has a 55 inch smart tv, a large sofa and 2 love seats so everyone has a comfortable spot to enjoy the fire, a good movie, and the beautiful stream, meadow and mountain views that can be enjoyed from every single spot!

We love to cook ourselves so we are pretty confident that we have stocked our kitchen with everything you will need to make a family meal for your group, and then comfortably enjoy it at our 7 foot long log table with 7 foot bench, plenty of space for everyone!

We love the Snowcreek area for it's peaceful, open, and spacious family friendly environment with tons of outdoor room for kids and kids at heart to play year round, and for it's ease of getting to the mountain - less than 3 minute drive to Eagle lodge and 10 minutes to Canyon, or take the super easy shuttle that is at the snowcreek entrance. The shuttle is about an 8 minute walk from our front door.

There is also a large Jacuzzi onsite- an easy few minute walk from our home, for relaxing after a long day enjoying the outdoors. (Spa Hours are Noon- 9pm daily.)

In the winter you can find the ultimate cross country skiing and snow shoeing right out back and sledding is right out front! We are a few minutes drive from both town and the village and gondola, or take the free shuttle! In the summer take an easy walk to the Snowcreek athletic club, the Mammoth Creek park, or even walk to town for bowling and theaters. While there is not fishing allowed on the creek directly outside our back door, there is great (barbless) fishing on the larger fork of the creek in the meadow out back. It's about 100 ft away and takes less than a minute to get to!

Please note that this is not a party house, nor is it suitable for group events. This is a place for peaceful, memorable, family friendly fun and relaxation. Please no pets or smoking of any kind in or around the unit, and our maximum occupancy is 8 persons. Our property manager, who lives in the complex, helps to ensure the house policies are followed and to ensure your stay goes smoothly, we want you to have a wonderful vacation at our home. WE REQUIRE A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR ALL BOOKINGS.

Our unit is a tri-level townhome with a walk up entrance and easy parking. Once inside there are 2 steps down to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a normal flight up to the main living area consisting of great room, kitchen, dining room and breakfast bar. The sleeping loft is up a flight of stairs from the main living area and has 2 twin beds. The loft is the entire third floor and looks down to the 2nd floor below. * For safety and security, please note that our home has a Ring security camera/smart doorbell located outside at the front door entrance with a view outside only of the front porch area and walkway.

On major holiday weeks, our check in is 5pm and we will call you if the house is ready earlier, This includes Christmas week, New Years week and President's day week.
