Salty Kisses- a family friendly beach home away from home!

Enjoy the morning sun with breakfast on the deck, then walk just steps away to the best beach in St. Simons in 3 minutes, or ride your bike to the village for coffee, or lunch & shopping, and then after a day at the beach, enjoy cocktails in the evening shade on the newly remodeled deck.

East End is composed of 16 units on the beach side of Wood Ave, with this unit nestled among large oak trees. Our 4 story unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with a GE stove, laundry room with top of the line LG washer & dryer. The living room/dining area is large and very cozy for an afternoon nap or for watching a movie on the HDTV. Books are plentiful for an afternoon read.

The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms, one room with a Queen bed, the other with 2 Twins, and each with a full bath. The top floor master suite has a King bed, flat screen TV and full bath, and deck with ocean glimpse, perfect to enjoy your morning coffee. Staircases are open to each floor and may not be ideal for toddlers learning to walk or crawling babies.

Some beach chairs are provided, as well as hoses conveniently located in the front and rear of the unit for easy clean up after a day at the beach.
If you enjoy seafood, barbecue, Mexican, and good 'ole Southern cookin', St. Simons offers the best of all of these.

Beautiful spacious townhouse. Close to beach. Great swimming pool.

Quite, safe neighborhood. My family of 6 had plenty of room and with 3 levels and 3.5 baths everyone could stay in their area with privacy. Thank you.

First visit to SSI!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Salty Kisses on SSI. The home was very clean, spacious and stocked with so many items! We really liked how the beach is just a short walk down a quiet street and walkway. Very family friendly. We will definitely be checking for availability at Salty Kisses on our next trip to SSI!

Perfect Stay

This townhouse was the perfect stay! From the location to the size. We loved how small the complex was, therefore not many people at pool. Complex was quiet. Townhouse was Very clean, close proximity to everything. Owner was very responsive when we had a few questions. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of room throughout the townhouse. Comes with chairs and cart for the beach. AC works well too.

Beautiful, Convenient Location

This condo was absolutely perfect! It was beautiful and so clean, quiet, and comfortable. A very easy walk to the beach and a bike ride away to Pier Village. The kitchen was very well-stocked, and everything was convenient and ready-to-use. We will definitely keep this one in mind for future travel!

Location, location, location

Really nice condo design. Walkable to the beach, even if it’s a long haul. Others of our family also stay at East End. Friendly owners of condos. Pool is great, too. We are repeat renters. Staying again next year.

Best Beach Trip

We loved our stay at Salty Kisses! The unit is nicely furnished with all the comforts of home. The walk to the beach was short and easy and the condo pool was very quiet/private. Our hosts were always accessible and offered lots of great suggestions for dining and other activities. Everyone in our party had such a great time that we have already booked our week for next year. This could easily become a regular family vacation spot!!

Everything you need is here

Salty Kisses has everything you need to enjoy SSI. The property itself is well-cared for and comfortable. The rooms are comfortable, there are plenty of bath towels and beach towels, the kitchen is well stocked, and there are games and puzzles in case you want to take a break inside. The beach is walking distance and there are 6 chairs and two umbrellas available.

The very first renters

We really enjoyed our stay! The Condo is very roomy, confortable and nicely decorated. It's on the beach side of Wood St. and just a quick walk to the beach. Kathy is very nice, easy to reach and very quick to respond. Thanks!

Beautiful Stay on Saint Simons Island

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay in Salty Kisses. My husband and I travelled with my mother and the spacious townhouse was perfect and well-equipped. We loved the proximity to the beach (just a short walk) and both East Beach and the restaurants and shops in town. The home was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and clearly a place that is a beloved vacation home for the owners. This makes suge a difference as the little touches (boxes of tissues, well-equipped kitchen, and lamps, books, and other things) were evident. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach cart and made good use of all. Communication with the hosts was friendly, personalized, and responsive. We would highly recommend this property for those wishing to spend time in a beautiful location with all of the touches and comforts of home.

What a great place to stay!!!!!

We rented this condo for a week this past July. It was me, my husband, my mother and out two daughters. We have stayed at many beach locations, but this was one of the best. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The condo was VERY clean and spacious. The walk to the beach was not far at all. The beach was beautiful. I can't say enough about this place. I would recommend it to just about anyone. We will definitely be back.

Cleanliness.

This unit was very clean last summer, 2022. This summer it was filthy. I have alerted our host who was surprised. There were sugar ants and roaches. An exterminator did come. There was abundant evidence of the previous renters, such as hair, food stains on the walls, appliances and cabinets. The renters in an adjoined unit were loud, preventing sleep. I have photos of the filth that I will send to our host.

Lovely Stay in St. Simons Island

This was our first time in St. Simons Island. We enjoyed the picturesque Georgia beaches & scenery. The location is a short walk to the public beach access. It isn't one of the more popular ones, so it's not quite as busy. The pool is a nice alternative to the beach. The condo is within walking distance (15 min) of a few shops, restaurants, park, & liquor store. Everything else is just a quick drive. The condo was very clean & just as described. There are 4 stories with stairs, so as it states, this may not be best for small children. It was fine for our family. 1st floor is the foyer & garage which is a great unloading place to keep the sand out of the rest of the condo. There is a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, & beach toys for guest use. This came in handy as it allowed us to leave some stuff at home. The 2nd floor is the kitchen, dining, living, laundry room, & 1/2 bath. The kitchen, laundry, & bathroom are well stocked. There is an electronic charging station as well as games & puzzles. The 1st balcony is off the living room. It's the same level as another balcony, so to keep things a bit more private, we kept one side on the curtains pulled. On the 3rd floor are 2 bedrooms both with their own well stocked bathrooms (full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, paper products, and even little paper cups). Then the 4th level is the master bedroom with its own balcony. This balcony is more private, so this is where we usually enjoyed our coffee or cocktails.

A fun week

This was our second week at Salty Kisses. We love the location and the amenities provided. Great hosts. One suggestion: two garage door openers would be helpful, as juggling folks who want to be on the beach with folks who want to use the pool can get tricky, since we all need to come in and out via the garage to avoid tracking sand everywhere :)

perfect vacation home

Perfect Beach Vacation

This condo is great. Very clean and well stocked with everything…a basket of beach towels and beach chairs just to name a few. The location could not be more perfect. Just a short walk to the beach. Our host, Stephanie was so accommodating. Would definitely stay here again…very family friendly!

We chose St. Simons because we love the beach and the friendly atmosphere of St. Simons! The restaurants are outstanding here! East Beach is a great location because there is a beach available for walking or sunning even during high tide. Because of the sand bar, the shallow depth of the ocean at East Beach is especially appealing to families with children. The water is warmer also, and the waves are not as large here, making it a fun place for children as well as adults to enjoy a swim in the ocean. The trees and wildlife along the beaches are very appealing.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our proximity to East Beach, the best beach in St. Simons, makes our property ideal for morning and evening walks on the beach. The surrounding tranquil neighborhood is surrounded by huge oak trees, making it an ideal location for bike rides. Sidewalks close by take you easily through peaceful neighborhoods, through the marsh, and to and from the village. The beach is just 3 very short minutes from our back door, with a boardwalk to the beach for easy access for rolling beach carts, coolers, and strollers! This part of East Beach is never lost to the tides, and during low tide, is the largest beach in the St. Simons area. Your beach chairs can be left out all day, making it easy to return to our condo for a quick snack!
