CONDO ON THE CANAL - Beautifully renovated 2 bed, 2 bath condo with all the comforts of home, in an excellent location in Winfield Place. Sit on your balcony and enjoy the view of Camelback Mountain. Use the Canal trails to walk or bike without the hassle of traffic. Walking distance to all that downtown, Oldtown and the Waterfront has to offer. Groceries, spa and various amenities are an easy walk. Free trolley stop just steps away.

The condo is set up with good quality kitchenware, glasses and linens. Don't worry about having to buy salt/pepper and kitchen basics as they are all there, and then some. Bring your clothes and a toothbrush and move in.

The condo is in a complex with beautifully maintained grounds, mature trees, plants, water fountains and plenty of green space. Relax at one of the two heated pools or hot tub. BBQ's and patio areas situated throughout the grounds with two available right outside our condo building, just steps away. New in-suite laundry for your convenience. Covered parking close to your entrance.

No elevators. Your own separate entrance allows you to control person contact. Condo is cleaned and sanitized between guests.

Easy 20 minute cab ride from airport. Great access to Highways 101 & 202.

Great location in Scottsdale

Working with the owner was great at this excellent Scottsdale condo. Location is prime for an easy walk to Old Town for dining or shopping. Very close to several golf courses, easy access to the freeway (about a mile) to get anywhere else in Phoenix. Two heated pools and a hot tub on property made our work/vacation time just perfect. I'll definitely go back.

Great place

Most well-stocked condo we’ve ever been in. Great location and the Cheynes were wonderful. They checked with us upon arrival and again just prior to our leaving. Will definitely come back.

Very nice property.

Great location, 15 minute walk via the canal to Scottsdale Fashion Square, or Safeway. Grounds are kept in wonderful shape, and the complex is very quiet. The unit is in like new condition as are the furnishings.

We love coming here. The condo has every amenity including modern fixtures, beautiful cabinets, counters and plenty of closets! The location is within walking distance of great restaurants,shopping, and a canal walk. The complex has a great pool to relax in shade or sun with a great book or visit with very friendly residents. This has everything a guest could want!

The website pictures of the condo don't do it justice.

The tastefully decorated condo was a delight to behold and the furniture comfortable for my month's stay. The beds and plush bedding allowed me an ideal rest while away from home. Attention was paid to every detail; great kitchen knives, large assortment of pots/pans, baking dishes and utensils, and enough dishes, silverware and glasses to be able to entertain. The high end wine glasses were a nice touch too. My greatest pleasure was being just a few steps away from the canal where I enjoyed daily walks without traffic and street noise. The canal also took me to the Fashion Mall and lots of restaurants. I could not have asked for a more ideal location for exploring the area or just lounging in the quiet of the condo reading in my comfy chair. The hosts were so welcoming and always available to answer my questions. There are no negatives to report, it was a perfect condo.

Great Location & Condo

A well appointed clean, comfortable condo. An easy walk to the Waterfront which always has events going on. Close to restaurants and shopping. A great feature is to be beside the canal for morning walks. Wonderful.

A great condo in a great location

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful, updated condominium from Jan. 1st 2018 to the middle of April 2018.It is perfectly located close to the canal walking/cycling path.,minutes to downtown and Old Town. Shopping, dining and sightseeing opportunities are close by, and easily accessible by short walks. The condo was well equipped and located in a picturesque complex complete with a heated pool and garden-like setting. Our hosts were quick to respond to the rare minor concerns that did arise and were a pleasure to deal with throughout our whole stay. we would happily make this our home away from home for another wonderful AriZona experience in the future. A perfect get-away!

This property was ideal for us! A beautifully furnished condo with updated kitchen and baths. We loved the Scottsdale location as the canal was next to the complex and just a short walk away from restaurants and shopping!! Perfect!!

Comfortable, well-appointed 2 bdrm condo in convenient location to restaurants, shopping & more.

Upon arriving we were easily able to enter the unit. We found it to be very clean, and well organized with all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, glassware, utensils, some spices, etc., and is open to the living area. The beds (one king, one queen) and other furnishings were comfortable. Internet connection and entertainment equipment worked well. You'll find all the information you need in the notebook provided by the owners. Reading materials offered plenty of suggestions for those who like to explore local areas of interest. Several laundry rooms are available. The one nearest this unit was bright and easy to use. We enjoyed walking several miles along the canal banks daily. If you walk across Chaparral St., the canal bank will lead you to a bustling area of restaurants, shopping, etc. If you just want exercise, a walk in the opposite direction will take you several miles on a paved surface.

Great Location, Very Comfortable Condo

Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed condo. Grounds very nicely kept up. Great location for walking along the canal to Fashion Square Mall, also to Fifth Ave., and even Old Town. Kitchen well equipped for cooking, cooked numerous dinners, but with lots of great restaurants in Scottsdale it was easy to eat out often. Pool area was great,close to this unit,very comfortable for relaxing, reading, etc. Community laundry room very functional, but could use some updating. Condo has Wifi coming from club house, it was unsecured, and we found the signal weak for our needs, but it works, however, for your info we were able to sign up with local cable company for a monthly service deal, which worked out great. The owners are very friendly and great to deal with! I would recommend this condo for your visit to Scottsdale.

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway

This condo was beautiful - great part of town, we walked the mile into downtown a few times with our kids, ages 5 and 7 for meals out (and also to Safeway a few blocks own a couple times as well). The condo itself was very clean, comfy beds, and had everything you could need in the kitchen. We were aware of how young our kids were compared to a lot of the sunbirds, and the pools do have "no jumping" rules, but most people didn't mind the kids a bit - and some even played in the pool with us!

Roomy Scottsdale condo

Property and grounds were well kept and central, not as close to old town as I had hoped, but walking distance to Fashion Square, where you could catch the trolley. We never seemed to hit one, but found cabs were very reasonable. We also found it easy to get anywhere from here by car, including golf courses and airport. Good breakfast down the street at Randy's, and Safeway in the same mall. Both bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds, kitchen was well equipped, nice TV's, pool, coin laundry by the clubhouse, BBQ's ready to use, and a bottle of wine was waiting in the cupboard!

Really enjoyed this condo ..

We spent six weeks recently in this condo, and were very happy with our stay. We only had one question upon arrival for the owners Jim and Cindy, and it was dealt with immediately, which is so nice when you are renting. The condo was clean and very comfortable, and everything was in good working order. The kitchen was very well equipped .. pretty well anything you would need if you wish to cook your own meals. Dishes and wine glasses were of good quality .. absolutely no complaints .. Jim and Cindy have obviously given a lot of thought to renter's needs, and it shows .. Bed was very comfortable, and it was nice having the second tv in the bedroom! The condo is right beside the canal, with easy access to biking trails. The complex itself is older, but well taken care of and nice and quiet. Also, it's just about a 15 minute walk from Oldtown, with lots of dining options in the area. A well stocked grocery story was minutes from the condo, and we found this convenient. Would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in exploring the Scottsdale area.

We are Jim & Cindy Cheyne. We live in Edmonton, Canada and love that Scottsdale is a direct 3 hour flight to get us away from the cold when we need a break. There are so many events and activities going on in Scottsdale so we can be as busy or relaxed as we choose. We enjoy the Waterfront, Old Town and downtown areas. All amenities are so close we can walk to them. We often set out on bikes and explore many miles using the canal trails.

We want to feel like we are on vacation when we stay in our Scottsdale condo. The condo has been renovated and has all the comforts of home. The complex has a resort like feel and with 2 heated pools and a hot tub to can relax and enjoy. Their are plenty of trees and green space all of which is very well maintained. There are common BBQ and seating areas throughout complex grounds and the Clubhouse has a great gathering space with shared computer and printer. The main pool area has bath/shower rooms, which are very handy when using the pool. Many of the complex occupants are snow birds and they are very friendly and willing to share information and tips. We love the location along the canal for walking and biking. The condo is within walking distance to so many amenities, including Safeway, for groceries, Starbucks to grab coffee on your morning walk, or you can use the trolley bus, which is free. We like that we can take a cab from the airport (approx. 20 minutes). We can get a rental car if/when we want one, because a car isn't necessary once we're at the condo.

The free trolley bus stop is just steps from the condo, or try the bike or stand up electric scooter rentals in available in Scottsdale. Walk the paved canal path which takes you to the waterfront, mall, downtown and entertainment district. The canal system paths can be used to explore the city without the hassle of being in the traffic. Hike one of the Camelback Mountain trails nearby. A short walk to nearby amenities such as restaurants/bars, groceries, yoga, hotels, mall, 5th Avenue shops, entertainment district & spas. Weekly pot lucks and other social gatherings at the clubhouse during winter months.
