This home is located in the beautiful, peaceful Granada neighborhood, west of the Tamiami Trail. Sidewalks and tree cover encourage active neighborly feel and walking. It is a single family residence, approx 1,000 sf, on nice lot, with carport. The kitchen is renewed and well stocked. Open dining area and living room, newly furnished. Wireless, 2 Flat screen TVs with basic cable and set up for your Netflix or Amazon account. 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed, other with 2 twins. Two bathrooms.
The house has a washer/dryer and is well stocked with linens and towels. Please know that at certain times of year (dry season), the lawn /landscaping can be dry and a bit scrubby. Landscaper comes biweekly.
At this house you are 3 blocks from the bay/siesta key bridge and beautiful Siesta Key beach is less than 5 miles away. Minutes to Trader Joe's and Publix is a 10 minute walk.

Wonderful home in beautiful Granada neighborhood
Staying at this cute and comfortable bungalow felt like home from the minute we walked through the door. The location can't be beat; it's so close to many terrific restaurants, lots of shopping and the spectacular world-class Siesta Key Beach and popular Siesta Key Village. Mark is a superb host and was so easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this lovely home if you're looking for a great place to stay in an upscale neighborhood in Sarasota.

Christmas vacation
We had a wonderful time in this house. The house is exactly as described. The location is perfect to drive to Siesta Key or Lido Beach. The neighborhood is very nice and invites you to go for walks. In walking distance you can find almost everything (CVS, Publix, Einstein Bagels, Restaurants…).
Mark was very helpful and responded within minutes.

Peaceful and perfect
We loved staying in the Granada neighborhood house. Clean and well thought out. Plenty of towels and a well-stocked kitchen made our family feel at home. We had friends on Siesta and old friends who live in Sarasota, so the location was perfectly situated for us to get all around(we loved Lido beach and the Botanical Gardens). We really enjoyed being in a peaceful residential neighborhood and away from the traffic of Siesta Key, yet still able to access it easily. The owners have done a nice job updating the house, yet still keeping it a simple, Old-Florida style place. Neighbors are really nice and grocery, shops and the north bridge to Siesta Key are all within walking distance. Wish it was ours! Hoping to come back next year!

Extremely convenient to everything!
Whether you are going to the beach, Publix, Barnes & Noble, restaurants, you name it, this property could not be more convenient. And the airport is only a 20 minute drive. I have a 13 year old greyhound mix that Mark kindly accommodated as well. I wish I had a Porsche or Land Rover [or at least a Benz or BMW] so I would have blended in with the very affluent neighborhood, but! ;-) It is a very quiet area as well, perfect for walking or riding a bike. And if you have a dog, the entire backyard is completely high fenced so you can let your dog out with peace of mind.

Perfect for us!
Perfect location in the lovely Granada neighborhood allowed for walks and bike rides to grocery stores, restaurants, and the idealic Nora Patterson Park just over the bridge to Siesta Key.
Bathrooms and kitchen are updated, and communication with Mark could not have been better. We are hoping to return to this delightful home!

A slice of heaven
The location was 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches; 5 minutes from Groceries and restaurants. The house is newly renovated with new washer/dryer. Stocked with everything you need including some kitchen basics like spices, cooking oil, coffee/ tea etc., beach chairs, plenty of towels and extra bedding.
The house is nicely furnished and the master bed was very comfortable.
The owner is very responsive and returned our call within minutes. He is ready to help with anything you need.
We already reserved again for next year!

Great Neighborhood
We really enjoyed staying at this house, as it's situated in a lovely neighborhood and was well equipped with everything we needed. It's also very close to the road that takes you over to Siesta Key, so we went to the beach every day (10-minutes), and always found free parking. We enjoyed grilling and eating in the backyard and liked the privacy it offered and the feeling of living in Sarasota and discovering all it has to offer (Legacy bike trail, beaches, state parks, art fairs, and outside dining). Mark was great at checking in with us to see if we had questions or needed anything.

Outstanding property and owners
We had a few issues on arriving, the kitchen sink was plugged.They had a handyman out that night and by the next morning all was good. Mark, the owner was on the phone to me immediately.The property has been recently updated. I would enjoy living there all the time! Danish modern stylings throughout with a very well thought out kitchen.
The bedrooms are comfortable, again with very well thought out furnishings.
When you arrive, you’ll be home!

Couldn't be happier
I stayed at this property for a week with three members of my family. You could tell everything in the house is brand new and redone and very comfortable. The owner is very responsive and accommodating and would highly recommend this property. The house is in a great location and would definitely stay again.
