Deb’s house was the most perfect location for our multi-family spring break. I have visited Destin many times, and this time was one of my favorite. The pool and backyard were a perfect place to hang out after our many long hours spent at the beach, which is in walking distance! Would highly recommend renting a golf cart, it added a lot of fun to the trip. Deb’s communication was top notch. The house was decided perfectly for our three families and the kitchen and living room space was absolutely fantastic for our meals and game nights! We’d definitely visit Deb’s property again!

Great location and great house

Great stay

This was a great stay in Destin. We do a family trip every year ans have stayed at many houses. This house was amazing. From the check in process to the check out. We had everything we needed. Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Had plenty of room for everyone. Would defined stay again.

House was beautiful and clean!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and it was clean when we got there. Deb was very quick to respond whenever I messaged her. We would stay here again.

The house is nice but not new, no bikes like listed. Very small pool but the kids didn’t mind! There are beach chairs and cooler. The golf cart makes the trip to the beach very easy. Great location! Easy check in and fast responses from owner !

Thank you for your review. There should have been bikes at the house. There is a total of 5 bikes. I wish you had let me know. They were probably on the other side of the garage. The pool is more of a splash pool to cool off after the beach. Happy to hear you made use of the cooler, chairs and cart. Please come and stay again.

Great week!

The house was perfect for our 12 family members! The teenagers loved the bikes and the golf cart for hauling chairs and coolers to the beach was a game changer for us! Deb was so sweet and helpful when we called to ask questions. Definitely a great choice for a home away from home!

Great Spring Break Home

We stayed at this home with 2 other couples and 6 17 year old girls and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect and the location was great. They house provided everything we needed and the golf cart was a great addition. The host answered all of our questions and we would defiantly stay at one of their properties again.

Wonderful House

The house was as described. It was a wonderful 3 story house. Very close to the beach, only about a 2-4 min. drive. Great location.

Perfect for two families

We shared this rental with another family and found the space and accommodations to be very comfortable. The location to the beach was nice and easily accessible by walking or using the golf cart. The property manager/owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely say here again.

Great Home for a Wonderful Vacation

Home is beautifully decorated and is in a great location to get to the beach as well as other attractions. The golf cart was a great way to get around town, well worth it. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. Very nice having the private pool in the back. Definitely would stay here again. Deb was great to work with and very responsive.

Family beach trip

I can’t say enough good things about this house! I would definitely book again. Very clean and spacious! Close proximity to the beach as well as restaurants. The host Deb was amazing and responded very promptly to all texts. Thank you for an amazing week at the beach with my family!

We had a blast at this house. Deb was amazing. We had one small issue but they were there to fix it within an hour and stayed in consistent communication. The house was perfect for 3 families to stay. We had 6 adults and 6 kids staying. The beach was an easy walk and also a quick golf cart ride. Loved having the golf cart as well. Was so nice to take morning drives and also drive to the beach. Parking at the public beach access is limited so we would take a car over in the morning and park the golf cart behind it when we were ready to go to beach. Also set up chairs early on beach. Get umbrellas because beach does not allow tents close. Honestly we loved the umbrellas from Walmart. The house does have pool alarms required by FL law and that took time to get used to pushing a button before going in and out doors but it was totally ok. We had a great time and would absolutely stay again!

Shortly after we arrived a water leak developed in the ceiling on the main floor. I reached out to the local contact who manages the facilities for the owner and was instructed not to use the master bathroom anymore. No one ever came out or called me back. I reached out to the owner to tell her how disappointed I was with the situation since I booked the home based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms that would best suit our family and clearly the water leak issues impacted that. She responded by telling me that she was sorry it happened but they've had numerous issues with water leaks because the builder did a "terrible job" and they've spent close to 50K in repairs. There was never any offer of any concession for the fact that it impacted our stay which I found disappointing since she clearly knows there are issues with the property.

We appreciate you bringing the issue to our attention during your stay. Our property manager responded as soon as they were contacted, This was on day 4 of an 7 day stay. A plumber was contacted immediately and they were scheduled based on their earliest availability. After checkout the home was inspected; however, no active leak was identified at that time. We are committed to promptly addressing any maintenance concerns as soon as they are reported, and we regret that this situation did not result in a more comfortable experience for you. My earlier comments about the home were intended to provide general context that, like many newer properties, we have occasionally addressed construction-related warranty items. This was not meant to suggest any ongoing issue with the property. We take maintenance and guest comfort very seriously and are continuously working to ensure the home is in excellent condition for every stay. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we’re sorry we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.

Great visit

Very clean! Plenty of room we had 10 people. Lots of beach goodies in garage. Buckets for kids, beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards. Pool small but lovely backyard. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoy!

Post Hurricane

Our last minute change of plans to Destin after Hurricane Sally decided to make landfall at Gulf Shores/ Perdido Key turned out great! Debbie was super easy to work with and everything was as promised. House was very nice, beach was beautiful despite some rain and the seafood awesome! Highly recommend and also recommended the usage of the golf cart!💕

Great property!

I loved the location, the decor of the beach house and the private pool was just perfect for the grandchildren. The house was designed for families and fit our 3 generations beautifully. The owner and property manager were superb in making our stay perfect. Everyone was pleased and we want to come back again. I would recomment the golf cart too as it was very helpful going and coming to the beach. We ate out once and ordered take out once but the majority of meals were easily prepared in the well designed kitchen. We had a blast!

July 4th Fun!!

We stayed for a week and had 3 generations, and everyone had a great time!! The house is exactly as listed and in the pictures. It was lovely, and had absolutely everything we needed and more. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook with, as we did a lot to avoid going out in crowds. Highly recommend getting the golf cart, very convenient for the beach and fun to check out the sights! Deb the owner was very responsive to questions and any need we had!! Highly recommend this beautiful beach home!!
