Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

NO WEEKEND or PARTIAL WEEK BOOKINGS ARE AVAILABLE DURING SPRING BREAK or IN THE SUMMER. ONLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

The 3 bedroom has a King Bed in the Master with a Flat Screen TV. The Guest Bedrooms also feature King Beds with TVs in both rooms. There are also 2 twin bunk beds built into the wall. These are big enough for grown adults. Plus there is a queen size sleeper sofa.

These 3 bedroom end unit has one of the Largest Full Wrap Balconies on Panama City Beach.

The view is amazing! sleeping well was not, all three king beds were very uncomfortable. The pools were great, And the tiki bar has very good food and lots of goodies for my grandkids. There are also several good restaurants to walk to. We never drove to a restaurant. Also, a note about the bedding there was no fitted sheets on any of the beds. We had to call and request. There was only mattress pads which I thought was gross.

Keep looking.

We've booked multiple condos in Florida over the years and this one was, by far, the most disappointing. The unit is neglected and in desperate need of updating. The good: it's a large corner unit with lots of windows, a great balcony that wraps around to the front of the building. 3 bedrooms with king beds and 2 full baths. The beach is great and the pool and hot tubs were well kept and lovely. The Gulf Crest office staff was excellent and helpful even though this unit is managed by another company. The bad: communication wasn't great. We were not given the correct gate code or the proper instructions to connect to the wifi. The ugly: the bathrooms are outdated. The drain in the primary shower drains so slowly you end up standing in ankle deep water. The primary bed was uncomfortable and so noisy making it impossible to get a good nights sleep. All of the furniture is old, cheap and dirty. The floors were filthy. We could barely open the freezer door because of the excess frost from the ice maker. The love seat in the living room was covered in urine and the smell was overwhelming. The living room tv is way too small for that large room (about 24"). There was a rain storm with high winds that brought about leaking from the ceiling and plaster was falling to the floor. It was evident it was an existing issue that hadn't been addressed. We made a call to the owner of the mgmt comp and they did quickly address the freezer and the love seat. It's a sad, neglected unit.

Okay

I truly appreciate the condo and the ample space it offers, but I was let down by the cleanliness of the property. Additionally, the condo feels a bit dated, and I found all three beds to be quite uncomfortable. I would definitely stay at the Gulf Crest again, but would choose a different unit.

Disappointed

Disappointed in the lack of cleanliness, broken ice maker, broken shower doors, ceiling fans dirty, ashtray with ashes in night stand drawer, beds super uncomfortable and noisy, dishes were not clean but in the cabinets, sliding door in living room barely opens, blinds are broken, curtains in living room don’t close the length of the door/window, TVs are really small and only one comforter for the bunk beds. I called the maintenance line the day we arrived because the ice maker had a solid block of ice on the outside, making it hard to open and close the freezer. They said someone would be in touch. 7 days later and no one called or came to the unit. I’ve stayed in multiple units at this location and never had any issues until now. Great view but won’t be returning.

Baby's First Beach Vacay

Great location and incredible unit with PERFECT views. Washer and dryer in the unit is a plus. The unit needs an update. Furniture is worn and beds are uncomfortable. The biggest opportunity is cleanliness. The floors were filthy. On the day we arrived, I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies (including a mop) to clean the entire unit. We also had to wash the sheets. The paint chipping and other esthetics I could tolerate but it was the cleanliness that bothered me. Given the size of the family room, the TV was too small. Regardless, we had a great time.

The View

My family and I stayed at this older 3-bedroom property but it worked for us. It needs some updates and a good general cleaning but you can't beat the VIEW! The view from every room is worth the price of admission. We watched the waves during the day and the city lights at night. My grandkids loved the wrap-around balcony and there was enough room to accommodate our group. This is a good space for family. It's close to attractions and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time there. I can see staying there again.

Fantastic Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious with an awesome view. Easy access to the beach, pool, truck and street. Beds were all big bud not the most comfortable. Would recommend for people to stay and will be coming back in the future!

Not the best condo

This place needs a good cleaning and remodeled. The floors were black they were so dirty. Mold in guest shower. Toilet barely flushed. Refrigerator does not get cold. Sliding glass door in living room will barely open. Water drips out of ceiling vents. There is not enough curtains to cover all windows in living room, those sleeping on pull out couch or buck beds couldn’t sleep with it so bright. The ice maker barely works. The oven will not unlock, which is a big fire hazard. Over all we made the best of it. We would definitely stay at gulf crest again just not in this particular condo. The pools, beach and other amenities was great. However the elevator game sucked but not near as bad as Shores of Panama. IYKYK

Great stay, only a few problems

Overall really great condo and would happily stay again! Only concerns, the guest bathroom toilet would not flush well at all. Had to have maintenance come out. Also, the main door to the patio outside was very hard to open and close. And lastly, the floors were dirty. They didn’t look it, but only a short time walking barefoot and our feet were black. Beds could be a bit softer but are about average for condos.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all condo and location were great. Loved the wraparound balcony and plenty of space for 9 people. Downside.. wasn’t very clean upon arrival. Bathtubs were dirty, food/candy trash left in night stands, empty fireball bottles, old bandaids on floor in bedrooms, comforters were dirty.. actually had to go to Walmart and buy new blankets for the beds to use for our stay. Mattresses on bunk beds are gross.. moldy and need replaced. Found drawers to the fridges in closet.. left them there. Kids had black feet from walking barefoot on the floors. We bought cleaning supplies, shower mats, and cleaned up before unpacking. Overall the stay was great, would just recommend a better cleaning company for cleaning your condos.
