This place was amazing. My group of friends Gathers once a year and this was the most incredible place that we have stayed yet. We look forward to returning again.

Really loved our stay! There were a few more bugs than I would have liked, but that is an issue when you are in the mountains.Otherwise the venue was an amazing value for the experience. The host and property manager were very communicative, and the grounds and property were beautiful!

We had seven couples enjoy a great three days at the Blue Grass Palace. We used pretty much of the house but there were areas that we didn’t, it very large. Had no problems with cooking in the kitchen as most everything we needed was provided. The pool was great for a little exercise and the temperature was just right.There was a problem with the ac on the third floor the first day but a call to the manager and he had the repair taken care. Enjoyed watching football on the two big screen tv’s in the ground level and playing music thru the sound system on the same level. It was a great time and we will likely rent again.

Our large family spent an extended weekend over the 4th of July 2026, especially enjoying the swimming pool, theater and game rooms. The whole house was amazing with many unique arrangements, bedrooms, and decorations. The well equipped kitchen worked out well as we prepared most meals. Our last evening was a special event, descending the double stairs under the magnificent chandelier before heading downstairs for a dance party with strobe lights.

Bluegrass Palace (A Fairytale Wedding)

We had a group of around 30 family members come to celebrate our wedding. There was more than enough space for everyone and the foyer was a beautiful setting for the ceremony. The kitchen was well stocked with all our cooking needs.

Great Large Family Home

This property was perfect for our family reunion trip! It had all the amenities you could ask for. The indoor pool was especially a hit with the kids. The basement level with the stage, dance floor and space to roam was awesome considering the hot weather. Th theater room was fantastic and stocked with some many movies!The beds were especially comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Really, everything you could ask for.The elevator was icing on the cake!

The whole property is gorgeous. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. It was very clean and comfortable from the welcoming gifts in EVERY room to the kitchen loaded with what ever utensil you could possibly need. The close proximity of a store and the ample places to put things. Every night there was a movie in the theatre with popcorn. The billiards room with space to play and the parlor for quiet talks. We could not have been more pleased.

These hosts were great and very friendly. They helped when we needed them and stayed to themselves it eh apartment above the garage when we didn’t. The house was amazing and huge and beautifully decorated and appointed with all the things you could possibly need in a vacation rental. It was a blast for me my family and friends. The heated indoor pool was highlight of our trip and where we spent a lot of our time along with the theater room and the sunroom! We had no issues with house or property and the manager RJ was the best house manager in all my travels because he was super helpful and a great guide about the house in check in and was promptly there when we checked out. I would stay here again and when we next come to Kentucky we will!

I am sorry we have kept the pool at 79 degrees. We have it noted in the welcome guide we heat the pool to 75 degrees. With additional charge to heat it higher. Most guests have enjoyed it. I am sorry it was to cold wish, I had known so I could have had it warmer for you. Thanks for the booking hope you had a great time at the Palace. Would love to have your family back. Thanks Chris

Clean, comfortable beds and very nice linens and towels throughout. The features to the house were outstanding: hot tub, stage, wet bar in the stage area, theater room, huge patio with gas fireplaces, so many gathering and seating areas it was just so comfortable. Nice large kitchen with a LOT of dishes and cookware. RJ, the caretaker, was outstanding; his pride in the property was evident and his tour and orientation to the house didn't miss anything, he was there every day for any of out needs and always went way beyond what we have experienced with other rentals we have had. The grounds and house were beautiful and everyone enjoyed the accomodations. THE PICTURES DO NOT DO THIS HOUSE JUSTICE!!! It is so much more grand and spectacular in person, and a joy to stay there for the weekend. It was also a nice touch to have the Host call a couple of days in advance to make sure we were all set for our weekend, very helpful and made us feel welcome before we even got to the property.

We had a great experience at the Bluegrass Palace for a week-long family reunion. There were over 20 of us with enough seating at meal time, plenty of bedrooms, and lots of tables for games & puzzles in the basement banquet hall. The indoor pool, hot tub, and large theater rooms were crowd pleasers. The kitchen has 2 dishwashers, ovens, and microwaves and comes stocked with everything needed to make big family meals. The on-site caretaker of the property was available 24/7 and responded quickly to resolve our few questions/concerns. Highly recommend.
