Dave is a great host. The house great, just a couple of blocks to the beach to catch a perfect sunset. Perfect for folks with pets. Lovely neighborhood for walking. A park with tennis courts and a nice playground is just across the street. Easy access to St. Pete or the airport. Dog beach was fun for our gang. There’s one in Pass-a-Grille which is a mile or so and another at Fort De Soto. We had the best time and are happy to have found this gem.

Another wonderful stay -

Our 4th time renting from this owner, the best, always courteous, prompt communication, professional, friendly and fair. Property is perfect for a beach vacation, well equipped, sunny and comfortable, in a great location. Overall a very pleasant place to spend a month at St. Pete Beach.

April in Paradise!

We have stayed here multiple times. This is a great beach-style house with private pool, located in a beautiful neighborhood adjacent to the Don Cesar Hotel...just a short walk to picturesque St. Pete Beach! Excellent area for walking daily from St. Pete Beach to Pass-a-Grille! The hosts are absolutely wonderful and attentive! We'll be back!

Great location

We had a fabulous month in St Pete. The house is in a great neighborhood with easy walks to Pass A Grill, the beach and shops and restaurants. The house is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the grill out back makes cooking for a group easy. We enjoyed the pool as well. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Looking forward to another stay next year.

A comfortable home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at this exceptionally well located, comfortable, and functional home. Everything you need is here - adequate supplies, nice dishes and cooking utensils, relaxing furnishings. Numerous appealing places both inside, out front, or by the pool to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine - sun or shade, whatever you prefer. Friendly neighborhood, many pedestrians, quick walk to the beach or with the dogs to the park across the street. Super hosts, can't go wrong here.

Perfect retreat

The house and location exceeded our expectations. The house with pool is my goals for my retirement future. Bed and mattress was so comfortable. Garden tub was wonderful. Cooking in the kitchen was amazing. Spent majority of time in the pool then finding great places for dinners. Thank you David. It was great opportunity for me to connect with family prior to some overseas work travel. I’ll be back. Thank you for kindly being attentive to our needs for this much needed vacation.

Too Short

Nice location in a nice neighborhood! After a daily visit to the beach, relaxing around and in the pool was just the vacation I needed. The host was very accommodating, answering all questions I had. Everything was move-in ready, needing refrigerator and personal items only. The screened in back porch dining area was great for having dinner after grilling out on the propane grill. The house was very quiet, no creaking to startle you awake at night. I never did figure out how to watch standard programming on the tv but I managed to watch lots of movies at night. Most definitely a good vacation location!

We stayed for the month of October (which is perfect weather in Fl) while our condo was under construction. The house had everything we needed (and more)! We loved the location and walked over to the Don for drinks, on the beautiful beach and to neighborhood bars and restaurants. The private pool was so nice to have to ourselves. All the towels and beach chairs are there for your use. We used the grill and enjoyed sitting outside in the screened in porch for dinner. If you are considering this property, book it before it’s too late! We needed to extend but it was already taken :( You won’t be disappointed, Dave is a great host!

memorable stay

The beach bungalow was an unforgettable stay. The location was an absolute dream. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, the quaint safe neighborhood, the fenced backyard with pool and heated shower to wash off the sand from our daily trips to the private beach. The beds and bedrooms were spacious and the common areas fit the family well. Communication was easy with owners. Highly recommend!

Fantastic house

All was good. We have rented this house before and love it. The heated pool was fantastic. We were in the pool all the time. Before we were only in once.

Can not beat winter at St. Pete Beach

My wife and I stayed with our two small dogs. The grounds of the house and the area are very dog friendly so that was especially pleasing. The location and access to the beach and everything else can not be beat. Pass-a-Grille beach a quiet community of beach houses and small hotels is only two miles away - a short bike ride. In fact the biking friendly St. Pete area was excellent for biking enthusiasts. The home is laid out well and spacious enough for my family. Everything was there for cooking, grilling etc. so make yourself at home. The pool area is a winner. While the pool was heated there were some problems with it that the owner was responsive to but was not repaired until we left. A heated pool in January is a must as several days got down to 60 or below. Other smaller maintenance issues arose but did not detract from our stay. We stayed for a month and truly enjoyed ourselves everyday. We will be back in St. Pete Beach again next year.

Don Cesar Home

We had a wonderful time in our vacation home in St. Pete Beach. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool and outside area was magnificent! We enjoyed many hours in the pool and lounging around the pool. Just a block or two from the beach, an enjoyable walk to Passé Grille and the Don Cesar hotel, there was plenty to do. The neighborhood and adjoining area was welcoming and safe-we walked everywhere, day and night. Most of all, our host, Dave Green was extremely easy to work with and was always readily available for all questions. We wholeheartedly recommend this property!

Place was great , David was a pleasure to work with always respond very quickly.

The house was dated in some areas some of the bedrooms didn’t have tv’s . Another thing , the kitchen knifes didn’t cut well and there were no paper plates. But other than that we would stay there again the location was great. And David can as a pleasure to work with.

Ideal Vacation Spot

I stayed at this beautiful beach house for the month of September It was truly ideal, beautiful private pool, close to beach, lovely quiet neighborhood, no traffic, comfortable clean, house with everything you need, even beach towels and pool toys. Great Experience !

Exceptional communication with owner, very responsive and accommodating. Home couldn't have been more perfect ! Very clean, and I can be picky lol. Loved the privacy fencing around the pool and back of the home. Kitchen very well equiped, plenty of towels, and beach towels. It was very nice to have beachy things to use there during our stay, cooler, beach chairs, etc. The location was perfect, a 5 min. Walk to a beach, or a 5 min. drive to the beach at Pass a Grille, which is one of our favorites in the area. Overall, you can easily tell the owner cares about his home, takes care of it and his guests. We will certainly return !!

Great accommodations

We rented the property for the pool and how close it was to beach access. The kitchen utensils were perfectly adequate to cook meals at “home” during the week. We were grateful for the chairs, umbrella and rolling cooler to make our beach days more enjoyable. The house was cool and comfortable our entire trip.

Fav place where we make great memories every summer! The house is super comfy - back bedroom update is awesome! Pool, yard, casita, grill make it your own private paradise. Even a hurricane scare didn’t ruin our trip. Dave is always so great and was very connected all day leading up to the storm. Happy nothing happened with the house! Red tide stunk but it truly didn’t ruin our time- there’s so much to do in the area that’s a walk or a quick drive! Can’t wait to come back!

The house was decorated with a beach theme and was a nice size for a family of 4. We loved the pool and the grounds were beautifully kept.
