This 3700 sq. ft. retreat is meticulously designed to cater to families and groups up to 14, featuring five luxurious suites and multiple expansive living and dining areas. The chef’s dream kitchen, equipped with commercial-grade appliances, is perfect for culinary adventures, while the 3 full bathrooms offer every guest the epitome of comfort and convenience.

Pool and spa heating is available for an additional charge of $50/day between April - September and for $100/day between October - March. The pool and spa are combined and the fee is required to heat both the pool and spa. The pool is heated up to 85 degrees and hot tub is heated up to 104 degrees.

Guests have access to the entire home and property except for locked supply closets.

This home is located of Highway 179 between Uptown & Chapel in central Sedona. This area is renowned for its breathtaking vistas, proximity to iconic landmarks, and a peaceful atmosphere that beckons travelers seeking a rejuvenating escape. The neighborhood is close to the awe-inspiring Chapel of the Holy Cross, a modern architectural marvel that seems to emerge from the very rocks that surround it. Nature enthusiasts will be in their element here, as the area provides easy access to some of Sedona`s most acclaimed hiking trails. From the house, you can quickly access Cathedral Rock, Broken Arrow, Bell Rock, and Courthouse Butte, where panoramic views and mesmerizing landscapes await at every turn. In just a short drive, you can enjoy the restaurants and shops in Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, Uptown Sedona, and West Sedona.

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
