This wine country estate is the perfect place to celebrate life’s finer moments with friends and family. Just 56 miles from San Francisco, the house is centrally located only minutes to Santa Rosa downtown and a short drive to all the local wineries, regional parks, and outdoor activities.
PLEASE NOTE: You are looking at a flexible listing for 4 to 6 people There will be an extra charge per guest/night beyond 4 people. You will have three bedrooms & 3 bathrooms to use. The rest of the bedrooms will be locked off. You won't share the house with anyone else.

Contemporary chic meets farmhouse charm, the entire property has been fully renovated with high-end touches throughout. The spacious 4 (+) bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat could host a large group of 8 overnight guests plus 4 additional daytime guests. You will leave behind all the hustle and bustle as you drive up the hillside cul-de-sac in the heart of this quiet and prestigious residential neighborhood. The modern retreat offers:
• Primary suite-1 with a comfortable king-sized bed, a sofa bed, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, and a dedicated work desk
• Guest bedroom-2 with a king bed and adjacent full bathroom (double sinks) with tub shower. It has an amazing view sliding glass door to access the patio deck.
• Guest bedroom 3 with a king bed sharing the adjacent bathroom with guest bedroom 2 (this bedroom is only available with extra charge if you book for more than 4 people)
• Lower level dry cedar Sauna and full bathroom.
• Lower level den office with desk, copier/printer/scanner (permission required)
• Fully stocked kitchen and laundry inside the pantry on the main level
• Spacious Great-Room with plenty of natural light, center-piece fireplace integrates the flow of the kitchen, dining room, entertainment and family sitting area with wet bar.
• Solid bamboo formal dining table could extend to seat 12 people
• Radiant heat concrete flooring throughout for sublime winter warmth; plus a central HVAC system and ceiling fans for summer cooling.
• High-speed Wi-Fi internet with flat screen smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, and Pandora music) with sectional couch
• 19 ft. wide x 8 ft. tall bi-fold glass door opens out to a sunny private patio upper deck with 5-person hot-tub, outdoor living and dining space with fire pit, sun-umbrellas, outdoor seating with a Weber BBQ Grill on the upper deck.
• Solar heated swimming pool (only heated yearly between late April to mid-October) with Baja shelf at the lower deck bestows more amazing views and relaxation sitting area. (winter gas heating of the pool is available upon 48 hours advance request for a $550 extra charge for the first 5 days, then $100/ day after that).
• Garage accommodates three full-size cars with EV charger, and we also have a foosball table.
Private Entrance. You have easy access to the entire home including the yard.
There is a relatively steep and narrow long driveway from the street that leads up to the garage and house.
There is a MAXIMUM LIMIT of 3 CARS per reservation. Please do not block the driveway entry at the street or the top by the garage. There are free street parking.
The host team will be available via phone or messaging app on Airbnb to help the guests throughout their stay. Our friendly ground-keepers will be on the property (out of your way) as necessary to maintain the exterior...please say hi and ask them for help also.
Only DISCLOSED numbers of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional short-term renters that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors who are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.
Daytime guests are limited to 4 maximum.
REFRAIN FROM USING EXTERIOR DECK ACCESS AFTER 9 PM as noise travels super easily and far in this quiet neighborhood with sensitive primarily homeowner neighbors. We NEED to keep a good-standing relationship with our surrounding neighbors.
Maintain quiet hours from 9 PM-8 AM (strictly enforced per Municipal noise code). No outdoor amplified sound is allowed. Loud noises and parties will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Please take off your shoes before going indoors, and we ask the guests to bring their own slippers to walk around inside and on the decks.
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We don't allow early check-in or late check-out as we have a large property and cleaners would need sufficient time to clean thoroughly in between guest groups.
NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS ALLOWED IN THIS HOME! This will result in a $1,000 or more fine, payable via the Resolution Center.
Swim at your own risk. We assume no liability for your use of the pool, hot tub or indoor sauna.
Do not tamper with the surveillance system or noise detection devices. Tampering will result in a $500 fine. We have EXTERIOR cameras around the house for security purpose only. Please be aware there is one camera pointing towards the upper deck edge guardrail for safety and liability protection. We have indoor and outdoor noise detection devices.
Turn off all lights, AC/heater, and gas & lock all doors when away.
NO DOGS OR PETS (no exceptions), including service and assistance animals, are allowed on the property at any time, since this would create a health and safety hazard for the owners who have severe allergies.

While we take great care to maintain all onsite amenities to a high standard, peripheral amenities—including pool heating, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and BBQ—may occasionally experience maintenance or operational issues, sometimes due to prior guest use. Should an issue arise, we will communicate transparently and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, due to short turnaround windows between stays, repairs may not always be completed prior to your arrival. In the uncommon event that an advertised amenity is unavailable during your stay, a courtesy credit of up to $80 per day per affected amenity may be offered. No additional compensation, refunds, or trip adjustments will apply. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this policy.

Very comfortable accommodations! We love the views and all of the outdoor seating. Specifically loved how comfortable the beds and sheets were. Would definitely recommend!

The house was beautiful and well-stocked but one of the highlighted amenities offered, a hot tub, was broken for the entire duration of our stay. Although we were told it would be repaired the day after check-in, multiple visits by maintenance failed to resolve the hot tub issue. In addressing this issue, we felt the host was unwilling to adequately compensate us for the disruption to our vacation and for failing to provide the amenity advertised in the title of the listing. But we made the best of our visit, enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, furnishings, convenient location, and appreciated the " little something extra " being a beautifully decorated Christmas tree.
