Great getaway!
This is a spacious and comfortable place to stay in the wine country! It was wonderful to be surrounded by vineyards providing peaceful views from all rooms and of course the outdoor entertaining areas. We went there during California`s wettest winter in decades, but the house was so well appointed that we enjoyed staying indoors when needed and also enjoyed heading out when the sun shone. The hot tub with the lovely views was refreshing. We had a delicious chef dinner one rainy evening which was a lot less stressful than dining out. Overall, this is a great place for families and friends who enjoy hanging out together!

Beautiful Home
The home was beautiful and the property setting was like post card. It was peaceful, relaxing and great for our group to have a Team meeting to plan for next year. The property manager, was responsive and reached out to take care of any of our needs. I would highly recommend this property and hope that we can utilize it again in the future.

Celebrating Big Birthdays
This home and property surpassed our expectations. The spacious rooms, high quality of amenities and decorating, maintenance of the lawns and gardens all made our stay so memorable. The outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, BBQ grill, eating bar was a perfect gathering place, and the patio seating abundantly accommodated our celebration of 3 monumental ages, 40, 50 and 80. The stunning indoor spaces were perfect! Kitchen was fully stocked with beautiful dishes, cookware and linens. How many kitchens have 3 sinks? BUT, surpassing the house, is the location. surrounded by vineyards and pastures, sunset vistas. We found so many fun wineries, close by, and an easy drive to other venerable wineries in Sonoma county. We are definitely returning!

Heaven in Wine Country
This house was absolutely amazing! It was the perfect set for 6 71 year old women who have known each other since kindergarten! The house was so warm and inviting as we spent 4 days reminiscing, looking at old high school yearbooks, laughing, cooking and relaxing. The morning and evening views are absolutely spectacular! i would highly recommend this home and we all agreed we will rent it again!

Gorgeous Wine Country Home
I grew up in Sonoma County and was excited to come for the holiday weekend for my birthday. We choose this home for its location and its size. The inside is large and accommodated our group well. The outside is beautiful. We cooked most our meals in the gourmet kitchen and even used the pizza oven. Highly recommend this stunning home.

Everything we wanted!
We had an amazing stay at this home. We toured vineyards during the day, brought wine back to the house and cooked bounteous meals. The outdoor pizza oven was glorious. We made our own pizza dough a couple of times but found the local pre-made dough so much easier. Sitting in the covered porch drinking wine with family into the evening was everything we wanted on our California Chillin’ vacation. Beds were comfortable -nicely appointed home.

One of the best rental homes in Santa Rosa!
This is one of the best vacation rental homes we have rented. The host, was extremely helpful and supportive throughout our entire trip. The house is extremely spacious, welcoming and superbly maintained! The kitchen, family and living room area is extremely huge making it extremely easy for our group to hang out and enjoy games and other group activities. There is an awesome built in music system that can be used inside as well as outside the house. The backyard is well maintained with a hot tub and an awesome built in barbeque. All the rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The house has a lot of amenities and appliances making it very comfortable and homely for us. It was one of the best vacations for our group and it is needless to say that we will be visiting this property again in the future!

Perfect getaway for a girls’ trip
I cannot even begin to describe the tone that walking into this immaculate, clean, and beautiful home was for us. We rented this place for a girls’ trip to Santa Rosa. Each window was like a painting of scenery you can only dream of. The house was large and had everything we needed. The surrounding vineyards and gorgeous views was equal to the pristine condition of this house. The kitchen is huge, the living room was expansive and the TV room was perfect. The size of the rooms and the beds were as comfortable as being at home. We will certainly be coming back. Thank you so much for having us!

NO Parties of any kind are allowed. No more than 8 people allowed to sleep overnight. No more than 12 guests at the home are allowed at ANYTIME without prior written permission. PLEASE Turn OFF ALL Lights both Inside and Outside Lights Overnight Every Night to not disturb neighbors and to help California save energy.

The Patio Heaters are available with the condition they are never left ON unless people are in the patio enjoying them and absolutely never left on overnight for fire safety.

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No Hot Tub use after 10 PM as well.

PETS. The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises.
