Dear Ron Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We want to clarify our pest control situation. We have regular treatments in place with Terminix, and both they and another pest control company have confirmed that there is no cockroach infestation at the property. While it is true that Florida's warm climate can occasionally lead to the sighting of one or two roaches, this is not uncommon and does not indicate an infestation. We understand your concerns about cleanliness and comfort, and we take such matters seriously. However, if the situation was as severe as you described, we would have expected you to leave immediately rather than deciding to stay an additional night. We were prepared to offer a refund if you had chosen to depart right away. Regarding the pool, we are continually working to maintain the property, and we appreciate your feedback about the pool area. We will take your comments into consideration as we strive to improve our guests' experiences.
