The condo has sliding glass doors opening to a large balcony with mountain views. For privacy, architectural screens and desert plantings define the area from the adjacent neighboring patio (as shown in photos). A barbecue grill and seating with a low dining table for entertaining enhance the midcentury outdoor experience. Just a couple of steps from the patio is the permiter walkway overlooking the pool and courtyard with easy access to stairs going down to the pool and spa.
