The Space:

A bright, minimalist apartment designed to feel just like home, with plenty of natural light and room to relax.



Sleeping for up to 5 guests:

- Bedroom 1: one queen bed

- Bedroom 2: two single beds

- Living room: one sofa bed



The apartment includes:

- 2 full bathrooms

- Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and cookware

- Air conditioning and blackout blinds in bedrooms

- Living and dining area with Smart TV

- Free high-speed WiFi, great for working from home

- Bed linens plus bath and pool towels (one per guest per stay)

- Two gated parking spaces



Shared building amenities include a pool and a gym. Please note the pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, as it is treated with cleaning chemicals overnight. We use a self check-in system with a lockbox by the door so you can arrive at any time.



Guest Access:

Self check-in: we provide an access code so you can enter at your convenience within the building's hours, with no waiting. There is no on-site staff, but our team is available by message for anything you need during your stay. The apartment is in a gated residential condominium with 24/7 security and an elevator.



The Neighborhood:

The condominium is in a safe, family-friendly residential area of Cancun with 24/7 security; the guards are happy to help with questions. Plazas Outlet shopping center is within walking distance, and a Walmart supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away. Cinemas, restaurants and shops are just 5 minutes away. Buses nearby connect you to the beach and hotel zone, roughly 15 minutes away.



Getting Around:

The apartment is about 25 minutes from Cancun International Airport; we can arrange a private transfer or recommend a trusted driver on request. Renting a car is recommended but not required - you can also take the R1 or R2 bus directly to the hotel zone and beaches. Two secure parking spaces inside the condominium are included.



Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID is required for every guest, along with acceptance of the condominium regulations; this keeps a harmonious environment and complies with building rules. This is a quiet, family condominium: parties are strictly prohibited and no noise or music is allowed after 9:00 PM.



You may occasionally encounter local wildlife such as birds, geckos or small animals, as we care for the natural environment; please do not leave food out. Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo and soap. The shared pool and gym are open to other residents and guests.
