Communication was great. Quite neighborhood, amenities are close and convenient. Easy access from interstate.

The home itself is acceptable and there were a few things that differed from what is described. First, the televisions are not as described, only TWO of the televisions offer cable TV (the one in the family room and the one in the master bedroom). The other two had only internet options available for watching TV such as hulu, Netflix, vudu, and others. Second, the backyard needs work, with such a nice large space and a grill it would have been nice for it to look good. Also, the camera inside the home, facing the front door should be stated as it made my guests extremely uncomfortable. Understandable to have a camera OUTSIDE the home so that you can see who comes and goes, but having one inside seems like an invasion of privacy. The biggest problem I encountered with this home is that the week of my arrival, apparently the water heater broke and flooded a half bathroom and the entryway into the kitchen/family room. I understand that such an event is unpredictable and at first I was sympathetic. However, as various contractors made their way in and out (again, invasion of privacy) and FOUR industrial fans ran constantly for 3/4 days of my stay, I CAN NOT recommend this place to anyone, nor can I recommend the management company as I am STILL waiting on a resolution for such a horrible stay. I should have been given the option to stay somewhere else. It is completely unacceptable to have strangers in/out of the home, not have access to one of the bathrooms, unable to sit in the family room and watch TV, AND the smell of mildew (one of my guests became ill, due to allergies). I communicated early and frequently with the management company and have yet to receive resolution. This is NOT the way anyone should spend their vacation. I do not recommend this property.

Nice Stay

We loved our stay, very spacious and pretty house for our family. Nice and quiet area at night. The house was very clean and towels and linens were nice and fresh. The kingsize bed was very comfortable. The backyard is not a great feature that is for sure, overgrown with weeds. The carpet on the main level was damaged due to a previous water heater leak and the baseboards are removed that area. They should be replaced as it is very unsightly. I felt like I wanted to leave my shoes on (but didn't). Would have given a 5/5 if the yard and carpet was not an issue. Still a great stay in this home, thank you! :)

Great house !

We really enjoyed our stay here . The house was spacious and comfortable with nice furnishings and comfortable beds . The layout worked well for us with having rooms for our three young children all on the second level. The kids really enjoyed running around in the backyard . The house is well stocked with extra paper towels, paper plates , toothpaste, etc. The location was convenient . It was a short drive to watch several MLB teams in spring training. I would definitely stay here again !

Wonderful Home!

We found the house to be very comfortable and clean, with all the necessities - plenty of towels, paper supplies, dishes, etc. Nice location and neighborhood, with easy access into downtown Phoenix or other locations such as Scottsdale. We were pleased with both the location and home!

Excellent Stay

We rented the place for family coming in from out of state to attend a special family event. The location was perfect and convenient. The house was clean, spacious, and fully furnished with so many extra amenities that we did not even expect to have (i.e. kitchen and bath essentials such as Blender, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, Q-Tip to name a few). Daniel welcomed us well and was very courteous. We checked-in for family on the wrong date by mistake because we got our dates mixed up. We came back to check-in again the next day and he trusted that we didn't stay the extra night, thus he didn't charge us a penalty. We definitely will rent this place again when needed for family events.

Good stay!

The house was clean, spacious and the location for us was perfect. The king bed was rock hard and the hubby couldn't sleep on it. Wifi never worked. The backyard was great for the kids...pretty barren and dry. The fact that renters can't use the garage neda to be in the ad not stated after the fact. We had planned on that and it was one of the reasons rented the house. We couldn't beat the location though!
