Welcome to the bearcamp river in beautiful Ossipee, NH. This home sits on the bearcamp river with over 5 acres to explore. You'll have access to the entire property with over 300 feet of water frontage. On the property you'll find over a mile of walking trails that lead to the river and a private beach with a fire pit area. There is plenty of space by the river to grill, lounge it to just enjoy the property. Spend your days floating down the river to Ossipee lake or fishing for rainbow trout. You also have access to snowmobile trails in the winter (directly across the street) and hiking trails throughout the area. This property is a four season rental. We are also close to skiing ,King pine is 15 minutes away.Fall foliage here is spectacular and Conway is just down the road with great shopping and restaurants. Inside you'll find a full kitchen stocked with essentials, private bedroom, living room and a futon for 2 extra guests. In the back you'll find a small fire pit for those chilly nights or summer nights! The property spans over 5 acres for you to explore and the river is located at the back of the property down marked trails where you'll find a large fire pit with seating. The home is located on a main road(route 16) but we spend most of our time at the back of the property where you can enjoy the river. Whether you are looking for a summer getaway or winter retreat, this property is close to everything!
