Beautiful six bedroom retreat on nine acres of pines, secluded from all the distractions of the city, yet JUST MINUTES from downtown Prescott. Refresh your soul or exercise your body. Indoor racquetball, wallyball, pickleball, table shuffleboard, foosball, pool or ping pong. Outside volleyball, paddle tennis, pickleball, basketball, bumper pool, foosball and horseshoes. Then relax those tired muscles in the Jacuzzi or sauna on the back patio area where there is also plenty of seating area just to relax and enjoy the serenity of it all. If you’re lucky you might even see some deer running along the property! All of this and you never even have to leave the property.
Large yard area for playing a game of wiffle ball or just letting the kids run around. There is also a trampoline for any of you “young at heart”.
Golf courses and Goldwater Lake are minutes away - (kayak’s available). Mountain bikes or quads may be rented at a location nearby. Your choice the couch or the activities – book now!

Another wonderful stay at this amazing property in beautiful Prescott. I believe this is the 6th time we’ve rented this property because of all it has to offer for our large family. From littles to the grandparents, this cabin has something for everyone. It seems so secluded and far away yet it’s just a short 5-10 minute drive into the heart of Prescott with a grocery store conveniently located just in case! Rhonda is a wonderful host and is quick at responding to anything we’ve needed over the years. Cooking - grilling - cards - shuffleboard - pool - relaxing by the multiple fireplaces - hiking the property - hanging in the hot tub - volleyball in the indoor court - or just sitting in the large living room talking — this place has it all! Thanks for another great trip. We’ll be back next year!

Great family retreat

We were blown away by all of the games and activities. In fact our family of 12 organized a six event tournament on our last night there. This is a massive property to maintain, and there are a few areas that need attention, but that did not diminish our experience or the quality of our stay.

Great family getaway

This place is a must for families looking to connect. There's lots to do, and plenty of space for hanging as a group. We highly recommend this cabin for larger groups, we had so much fun!

Wonderful Retreat!!

This place was amazing, plenty of room for my family and all our guests and tons to do. Beautiful mountain retreat great for larger parties. The owners were very helpful and made sure we had all we needed. No need to even leave the cabin we enjoyed all the amenities so much. Wonderful Rental we would love to stay again.

A Perfect Stay

All were to perfection—clean, spacious, plenty of outdoor space for kids to play on. The Only change I could think of is the Microwave, which takes too long to heat up, even with the high power.

Peaceful

Beautiful secluded property with lots of amenities. Hot tub, shuffleboard table, pool table and more. Kitchen and dining room great for large group and we also ate out on the deck. Not far from downtown but in the property you don’t hear cars or people.

Loved the cabin!

Our church's women's retreat was at the cabin in April. We had such a wonderful time! Rhonda is so accommodating and helpful! We felt so welcomed. The cabin is fantastic! It was so spacious and was a great lay out for us to have our teaching and activities. The property is large and offers great outside seating for eating and fellowship. We can't wait to come back!

Best Property in Prescott

Our annual trip was successful again thanks to Rhonda and her team. Incredible property that feels so remote yet is just a short drive to the grocery store and Whiskey Row. We’ve stayed at this properly a handful of times now and plan on continuing our tradition. The house is great for all ages. Rhonda is very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!! Alyssa

Absolutely Beautiful

Beautiful, large cabin that accommodated 11 children under the age of 13 and had plenty of entertainment to keep them busy. I was very impressed with the cabins secluded location, large open family rooms and plenty of sitting and eating areas around the house. Rhonda was an excellent host who showed concerned of our well-being handling the snow and traveling safely. Thank you for the pleasant stay in your home. We have memories and beautiful pictures to remember this wonderful trip.

Mountain palace

The Charles' mountain retreat is Xanadu in the mountains. Two dining rooms! A baby grand piano! An incredible hot tub! A terrific game room! A full-size, sub-basement racquetball court! And that's not even mentioning the private and peaceful mountain ravine setting. This really is a perfect property for groups, and Rhonda was a very responsive host. A unique and incredible place.

Many great spaces for family activities plus a cornucopia of things for kids to do.

Our second stay here and our group of 18 including 8 children had the time of our lives again. There were so many comfy places to gather for different activities: TV in the family room, card games in the dining room and formal dining room, conversations on the many couces in the enormous living room, a marshmallow roast in the firepit outside, and on and on. The bedrooms give us plenty of options for all the different families. The kitchen had everything we needed to spend hours baking and cooking with top-of-the-line kitchenware. The younger kids loved the indoor racquetball court or the "screaming room" as they call it because of the astounding acoustics. This is a wonderful location and our hosts responded quickly when I had a couple of questions during our stay. This is a VRBO not to be missed.

This home is unique. Built for the family to stay together to enjoy special weekend memories, but perfect for the weekdays as well. We love walking in the pines or playing almost any sport from wiffle ball to indoor racquetball. Sitting on the patio enjoying the scenic views with the beautiful weather of Prescott can't be compared.
