A Delightful Casale in the Heart of Italy, Organic Farm, infinity pool

Casa Rondini is situated in the country side with views of the Tuscan and Umbrian hills and the medieval towns of Monteleone and Montegabbione. We offer newly renovated apartment to rent in the Umbrian casale not far from the village of Montegabbione. Apartment has a large front and back terrace to catch the morning and evening sun and private separate entrance.
Apartment is spacious with large sitting-room and adjoining fitted kitchen. Have two bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Apartment has a central heating for the colder months. A supply of logs is available for those who enjoy an open fire.
This is one of the downstairs apartments we have available. We have also 2 upstairs apartment to rent and apartment in the seperate casale with a private garden.
You can enjoy large outdoor infinity swimming pool 16-8 meters surrounded by pine trees and garden. Ideal departing point towards the most beautiful art cities of the central Italy. 35 km from Perugia, 20 km from Orvieto, 110 from Rome, 120 from Florence. Easy distance to shops and supermarkets in Fabro.
We are working organic farm producing organic extra virgin olive oil, vine and saffron. We offer free seasonal organic fruits and vegetable as available from the garden. Fresh eggs daily from fee range chickens.
Those who enjoy making and eating Italian specialities is welcome to join us on the special cooking evenings: - making your own pizza in the stone oven - making fresh pasta - enjoy special saffron recipes.
Casa Rondini is in the midst of a multitude of small medieval towns with ancient historic and cultural works of art. Within comfortable reach of the stunning cities of Perugia , Orvieto, Cortona and Assisi Casa Rondini is truly a delightful place for pure relaxation, family fun and cultural pursuits.

A Stay in the Umbrian Countryside

Loved the property. Had fresh eggs for our breakfast and love the two bedroom one bath apartment. We did day trips from there to Panicale, Lake Trasimeno and there are a couple of good restaurants in Monteleone d’Orvieto. Bozena is terrific as a host giving us pointers.

Amazing place to be..

Breath taking place, owners are very friendly and host very well. We opted in for pasta night. It was super fun and not hard. Alot of laughs and made new friends. Suoer awesome.

We felt like being home!

Beautiful location, nice appartments and very friendly owners. We had dinner three times at the farm and we really enjoyed the food and the company with other guests. Location is quiet, easy to reach and many things to do around. We really recommend this Casa Rondini!!

Excellent hosts

Bozena and Franco are perfect hosts. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The farm fresh foods and wonderful meals were so nice to come back to after a day of exploring the area. The grounds have beautifully gardens. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful vacation.

It was wonderful. Simply fantastic. Franco and Bonzana were always helpful by our side, also with tips and ideas about Umbria. The cooking evenings are a must! We often had the huge pool to ourselves. Fresh fruit and vegetables daily. We'd love to come back!

Charming, comfortable and delightful!!

This apartment was an absolute gem! Updated, extremely clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully functional. Beds were extremely comfortable. Front and back decks to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The pool area was superb and we were thrilled to be able to use it in October. The best thing of all was the owners. Lovely hosts who made you feel right at home. There are a few good restaurants near by the bounty of the hosts garden supplied plenty for a great home made meal. Our stay here was beyond enjoyable.

If I could give it more stars I would, This place is FANTASTIC!

We absolutely loved our stay on this farm, we were so sad to leave. Franco and Bozena are fun, lively, great hosts, and accommodating. The view from the apartment is spectacular, no complaints on the lodging. There was plenty of space to park our car. The farm is beautiful - we were lucky enough to be there during olive picking season (November)! We got to learn about olive picking and even picked some ourselves! I would highly recommend one of the cooking nights (choice of saffron, pasta, or pizza). We had a blast making pasta, and were pleasantly surprised by the effort Bozena and Franco put in to be hospitable (our meal was a 4 course meal, all homemade, and wine). We will forever remember this place, and highly recommend.

Umbria at its best

Enjoy the dolce vita at this relaxing location. A great place to stay in Umbria to get an awesome and extraordinary holiday experience. Not much need to tell you about the apartment because it looks like the photos that you see and is very clean. The important parts that you must know is that you have two caring outstanding hosts and have access to awesome and delicious food as well from the gardens as also at the dining nights. You will have a variation of marvelous dinners and can learn how easy it is to make your own pasta or pizza. Learn something about the food that you eat and enjoy the art of Franco's cooking in the company of people from around the world and have fantastic Italian evenings with wine and some of the best food in Umbria. Don't miss the chance to join the dinners. As the Italians would say the food is essere buonissimo.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und unvergesslichen Urlaub in der Casa Rondini. Die Räume der Wohnung waren großzügig; wir haben uns allerdings überwiegend auf einer der beiden Terrassen aufgehalten oder am schönen Pool. Franco und Bozena sind unglaublich tolle und herzliche Gastgeber, die alles dafür tun, dass man sich rundum wohl fühlt und eine entspannte und schöne Zeit hat. An den Kochabenden sollte man unbedingt teilnehmen. So lustig und lecker! Wir würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen!

Alles prima!

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, der Poolbereich und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön. Die Gastgeber sind zuvorkommend, außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kochabende sind sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung ist günstig: innerhalb eine Stunde sind zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana und Umbrien gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Kleiner Supermarkt ca. 1 km entfernt, ein etwas größerer Coop ist in Fabro.

Beautiful Countryside, Peaceful Villa

The owners were most gracious and helpful. We were out exploring almost every day of our stay, and the area and access to highways were great. The furniture in the unit was older and not very comfortable, except for the beds, which were fine. We had great internet service and had access to a washing machine. All in all it was a wonderful visit. Thank you to the Owners for their hospitality and flexibility with our resrevations.

We love Casa Rondini

Our hosts Franco and Bozena were lovely and the property so beautiful. We were greeted with a tour and full access to their vegetable garden where we picked vegetables and fresh eggs straight out of the hens for meals that we were able to cook in a very well equipped kitchen in our apartment. Franco is an accomplished chef and during our week long stay we were able to avail ourselves of three delicious meals offered at a very reasonable price, including their wine. I was even able to pick grapes and observe their wine making process. Wonderful people and just the right amount of privacy and community with other renters. We would recommend this place without reservation. Thank you Franco and Bozena for your hospitality!

Fantastic place & people

First time in Italy. Decided to spend 3 weeks in one place, since we have two children travelling with us. We booked the place online. Read the reviews and took a chance. Our expectations vs. reality exceeded what we have expected to see. The location of the farm is perfect. It has spacious, clean and cool rooms for hot summer in Italy. The hosts Bozena and Franco are kind, caring, and warm people. Franco is an amazing cook! We felt like home 🏡 and enjoyed the big swimming pool. This place has our highest recommendations and we will absolutely come back!

What a lovely people and place to spend a holiday

We stayed here end of July and first half of August 2020 with our daughter of 19 years old and our son (17). Bozena makes sure the visitors get the apartment assigned she things is best for your family. And she does a great job there. Franco loves to cook and we had the pleasure to eat-in several times and try the local food. Their daughters are there to help them where needed. We enjoyed Bozena her garden and Franco his home made wine and limoncello. Definitely a place to come back to. Also the area provides enough beautiful places to go to and Franco is always ready to give some extra hints and tips. Thanks Franco and Bozena and Chiara for making our holiday so enjoyable and relaxing.

Gem in Umbria

After a busy week of touring northern Italy, when we arrived at this place it was like being at home! The owners Bozena and Franco were amazing! Kind, generous and charming. Our apartment was beautiful! We picked this place so we would be central to the Umbrian sights we wanted to see ( Assisi, Orvieto, Bagnoregio) But Bozena took the time to give us suggestions to see so much more that is not on the tourist top ten! And Franco invited us to a special event in Città della Pieve (definitely a must see village close by) that we would otherwise never have known. Shopping is close by, the pool is HUGE, the apartment is very clean and comfortable beds and we loved walking through the vineyard, olive groves an we even got to hold baby bunnies! The olive oil they produce is phenomenal and you have access to free range fresh eggs daily. We also had a private deck off the bedroom and a big picnic table in the front. Highly recommend this place and would definitely love to go back!💖

We found this farm and we loved it from the first sight. The location was perfect – deep in a beautiful countryside but in the same within quick and comfortable reach of the stunning cities of Perugia, Orvieto, Rome and Florence. We knew is going to be a hard work but we still enjoying every moment of it.
