Enjoyed the space and our stay! We spent much of our days out in town but cozied in for the evenings with friends, swimming, and relaxing. The space was perfect for our stay!

We had a wonderful stay the concierge for this VRBO was more than helpful and very organized. Our condo was clean and location was ideal within walking distance to Main Street with all restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend staying here and our family will be back.

The carpet is a hazard. We all tripped on it... the corner is sticking up. The balcony was really great... great view! Comfortable seating throughout including balcony. Kitchen pretty well stocked. Staff incredibly nice. Pool great for our 7 yr olds. Beach access really good. Parking great. All in all, a really good place.

Spacious and comfortable. The fireplace was lovely, and the view of the ocean was fantastic. Excellent location just minutes from the turnaround. Property management was very communicative, and they sweetly left a balloon and chocolate for our special occasion. A very nice and personal touch! Front desk staff was also very friendly.

Great for family of 3 and dog

This place was great for a family of 3 (toddler 2.5) and dog. Short walk to all restaurants, easy walk to beach, and perfect amount of space in the condo. They had everything we needed and was pretty kid safe including the balcony. The pool only got to around 4.5 feet and had toys for the kid. We had an awesome week, and would definitely recommend to other families.

Wonderful

Loved our stay. Beautiful condo with views of ocean. Loved being steps from the magnificent beach. Staff were ultra friendly and helpful. Dog wash and shoe cleaner attached to outside of building was great. Can walk to town centre in minutes. Lovely promenade. Will definitely be back.

We met up with friends from California during our stay, with a cocktail party in the condo. So much room for ud all, plus our two greyhounds. The only negative thing was the double beds ... in both bedrooms! And no fan in master bath. Other than that, it was a nice space. Unfortunately it was also July 4th week and the fireworks lasted into the night for the entire time we were there.

The water pipes smelled like gas. We were told it was a city water problem. Checked out a day early and offered only a partial refund. Maintenance checked it and said it was terrible. We were offered another unit but figured it would be the same if its a city water problem. Other aspects were great.

We’re sorry to hear you left feeling disappointed. As soon as you brought the odor to our attention, we acted quickly—inspected the unit, involved our utility provider, and offered to move you to a different space right away. Unfortunately, the issue appears to have stemmed from a recent city water line flush, which temporarily affected a few units. While this was outside our control, we still provided a partial refund in good faith. We always strive to respond with care and transparency, and while we’re disappointed you chose to share your experience this way, we appreciate the feedback and are glad to hear the other aspects of your stay were positive.

We love staying here - staying at a small condo like this gives us a lot of flexibility for being able to have a few friends over to hang out and chat if the weather turns cold or rainy outside.

Clean rooms, view was incredible, kitchen was well stocked. Only concern was they were doing renovations on the building during our stay. Windows did not have screens and there is no central air to help circulate air. In order to cool off at night, we had to leave doors and windows wide open which was a bit unsettling. Front office did offer fans which was a nice alternative though. Would recommend overall

Thank you for the review and staying with us, we cant wait to have you back again. We appreciate your understanding about the dust while the Sand & Sea gets an update. We do include this in the listing and communication to try to keep everyone in the loop. On the AC front, this is a rarity on the Oregon coast and isn't listed as an amenity. It is often much cooler on the coast especially at night. See you again soon!

Construction was underway at this site. The punch list is considerable for this unit. There was a hole in the entry door for a lock and we had to have someone put a blocker in the hole. Nearly all the doors were unmarked so we had to have help to figure out which one was ours. We did rehang bedroom curtains so they were correct. There are spots of something all over the master bedroom and bathroom floor. The chair in the living room has very dirty arms on the front of it. There are three tv’s here and only two tv remotes, none of which work. The fire-stick does work on all the tv’s. Katie was at the desk when we arrived and was very kind.
