Wells Ogunquit Beach 3 Bed Cottage, 1 Mile From The Beach With Resort Amenities

Wells-Ogunquit Beach, Maine is the ideal summer getaway for the family. Unit #174 of Beach Dreams Cottages is a seasonal cottage in a gated community available from mid May to mid October. The Beach Dreams community offers many resort amenities as well as central proximity to the best beaches, restaurants, bars & shopping in Southern Maine including Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, York & Kittery. We are under 1 mile from Moody beach or downtown Ogunquit as well. If you are interested in a day trip we are also a short 1/2 hour drive north to Portland or south to Portsmouth!

The cottage offers a main bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a full bed. In the living room there is a full sleeper sofa. Also included are a/c, washer and dryer, eat-in kitchen and a comfortable three season porch to relax on with cocktails and apps after a nice day at the beach. All linens are included in the rental.

Rental guests are invited to use the main clubhouse with relaxing lounge areas for reading/playing games. It also has a full gym, arcade and air hockey there for the family enjoyment. The clubhouse has two pools, a Jacuzzi and a kiddie pool with a snack bar open on weekends. Tennis, Pickleball & Bocce courts are also available on the property.

Perfect restful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage and the Beach Dreams community! It was perfect for my two daughters (ages 4 & 8), my husband and me. We had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the pool and the secure, peaceful surroundings. Thank you to our hosts for the simple and easy check in process, etc! Highly recommend!

great community with lots of amenities, my family had a great time. The cottage was very nice spacious and clean 10 out of 10 not to mention the communication any questions or concerns I had was immediately answered. Highly recommended.

Cottage was nicely decorated and comfortable. We chose to bring our own linens, which I generally do. Nicely set up kitchen with everything needed for those that may plan on preparing some meals. Clean and well maintained. Lots of cottages in close proximity, but in September it is extremely quiet. A couple of items I had to address with owner, Devon who responded right away. Very good experience and would definitely recommend.

Awesome place

We had a really nice stay at that house! Near a surf shop and the beach! The access to a pool and a hot tub makes it nicer. The house is perfect, there’s everything you need in it! Nice spot!

Old Foaggy Friends Get Away

It was very hot and humid our first couple of days. It would have been nice to have had the air conditioner on when we arrived (took so long to cool down cottage). Also maybe for future you might want to think about ceiling fans for bedrooms. One last thing, maybe a little nice outside sitting area would be great.All and all we enjoyed our stay and Devon was great with communication. Oh, I wanted to mention one more thing - maybe when stating cottage number it would be good to include the P.

Nice Cozy Maine Cottage

I stayed in this cottage with my wife, 12 year old son and 2 year old son for 4 nights in Aug 2024. The cottage was very well decorated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, etc... Even though the cottage units are fairly close together, it was very quiet around the grounds and certainly quiet in this cottage. The main pool area was great and there's a nice rec room there too with ping-pong, foosball, air hockey and some arcade games. The hosts were great. Their communication was incredible and they explained everything about how to get into the unit, the pool passes, etc... And if we ever did have questions, they answered right away. Couple of minor issues: 1) The unit was hard to find when first arriving. The units are all numbered, but this one is not in order, so to speak. It's about half way into the area a little past the pool on the right. A detailed map would have been helpful. 2) The washer stopped working for us after a few days. No idea why. But the owners were apologetic and put in a ticket to have it looked at. So I'm sure it's all good now! Overall, this is a great little place to stay. Location is awesome, owners were great, and I give it 5/5.

Location Location Location! The Beach Dreams community is central to multiple beaches in the area and downtown Ogunquit. In case you do not want to leave the property, it offers numerous activities and the clubhouse with resort style amenities!

We are centrally located to all major attractions in southern Maine. The cottage is just under 1 Mile from Moody beach, and within minutes from 3 other beaches as well. If you are up for an adventure we are also a short drive from Ogunquit, York, Kittery, Kennedbunkport and Portland.
