Beach Dreams with all the upgrades! New rates and 3 night minimum for Sept / Oct

This cottage is a favorite for renters. It is in Yacht Club Village Unit #274 at Beach Dreams. It is on the left hand side before the main pool area, which makes it a short walk for you to all of the amenities. This cottage has many upgrades. The living room and kitchen has hard wood floors. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV and the second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The living room has a 42 inch HD plasma TV with Roku. The three season porch has a full size futon providing additional sleeping to accommodate up to five people. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Every room has a ceiling fan and the cottage has its own WIFI. The kitchen is fully stocked for those nights you would like to cook in. There is an outside gas grill with a bistro table and two chairs if you would like to eat outside. This cottage is beautifully decorated and will provide you with everything you need for a great vacation!

Rentals are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Fall rentals are available with a 3 night minimum.

Beach Dreams Cottages Condominiums is located in the picturesque New England seaside town of Wells, Maine. The community consists of 229 quaint cottages on 43 acres of land. It is located on US Coastal Route 1 and easily accessible via Interstate. The amenities include one large clubhouse, a fully equipped gym, game arcade, tennis / pickleball and bocce courts, basketball, a heated swimming pool, and a hot tub all of which are accessible to those who rent.
It is located about 1 1/2 miles from Moody Beach. There is so much to do in this area.
Wonder Mountain Fun Park is right around the corner. There is excellent fishing (stripers and blue fish), biking, boating & kayaking, golfing (Old Marsh golf course is awesome and is just 3 miles away), beautiful beaches, many-many great restaurants, quaint shops and some of the nicest people you will meet!
