Call those Hogs and make lasting memories in our 4 bedroom home. Our home sits on 2-acres with front porch mountain views. Peaceful and quiet, yet minutes to all of what Northwest Arkansas has to offer. We are only 5 miles from Razorback Stadium! Our home has a spacious open floor concept, plenty of room for you, your friends, and family to watch a game on the patio or cook your favorite meal in our fully stocked kitchen. We have 4-bedrooms with 1 king bed, 2 full beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. Our home also features 4 full baths, 2 half baths, office space, and an upstairs TV room. Whether you're looking to relax or explore the area, we are looking forward to your stay!

Lovely home. We brought my 83 year old father down to visit UArk for the first time, see our son’s frat house, watch the Mizzou v Arkansas game. It was very, very comfortable for him and for the family. Warm, homey, and with comfortable beds. Loved the chickens! Thank you so much!!

Great stay for a weekend visiting U of A!

This property was amazing! Just a short distance away from the University! We were able to get to all the amenities of Fayetteville, but able to stay a few minutes away in a quiet area. I would highly recommend this property and can’t wait to stay again!!

Best Property I’ve VRBO’ed

Incredibly roomy, clean, modern. Yard and backyard are beautiful and large. Swimming pool and hot tub area too. Very peaceful neighborhood. I regret we were so busy we didn’t spend much time at the house. Best one yet.

Easter Weekend

Very convenient and comfortably roomy stay while visiting our Uark son for Easter weekend. Wish the weather was better, the yard is huge and we brought our dog. She got to enjoy it when we arrived Friday but the rain was substantial all weekend.The boys loved the upstairs room and connected and played video games late at night.

Peaceful Retreat....

This home is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. There is ample room to gather. Our host made available everything we needed for our weekend. She is easy to communicate with, very gracious and accommodating. There is a lot of "elbow room" on the 2 acres and plenty of parking. This home is an excellent choice for a stay in the Fayetteville area. We highly recommend it!

Hog weekend with friends

The house and property are absolutely beautiful! The owners provided towels, shampoo/conditioner, linens, etc. All we had to do was bring our clothes and food. Communication with the owner was fast and friendly. They were very accommodating. The huge sectional couch gave plenty of seating for our party of eight. The kitchen was well appointed. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing by the pool or soaking in the hot tub. There’s also a tv outside if we wanted to watch a game out there. Everyone in our party bragged on the house and amenities. The only suggestions I’d make are that this rental is probably more appropriate for people who have kids because two of the bedrooms have full size beds. (which was not a surprise because it was listed on rental info). We were all in our 50’s so we each have aches and pains and found the beds to be a lot firmer than we prefer. Those were our only “complaints.” We’d definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Like Staying at a Friend’s House

This is the first time I have stayed at a rental that was, or seemed to be, someone’s primary residence. We really enjoyed it. The house was extremely clean and well appointed, complete with Halloween decor! It felt like we were staying at a friends house. It was homey and very comfortable. You could tell the owners went out of their way to make our stay perfect.We liked the spacious living spaces and large seating areas. It more than accommodated our 2 families visiting for the LSU/Uark game. Since Uark lost, our Uark student lost a bet and had to take a dip in the cold pool while our LSU kids enjoyed the hot tub. The adults enjoyed the outdoor tv and comfy seating. There is construction in the area so it takes a little longer to get to than what is probably normal but still was an easy drive to campus. When the road is finished it seems will be even easier. If you want a good place to relax while visiting the area, this is a great spot. Large yard, plenty of parking, private, cozy home with all you would need, even deer met us in the backyard when we drove up. We only cooked one meal but had everything we needed for it. Owner was very responsive. Just an overall lovely place to stay.
