The Space:
Dreamcatcher is a vacation home that makes you want to settle in and stay a while. It’s a place to play games, take naps, cook meals, and have long conversations. The location achieves a perfect balance of convenience and privacy. There’s quick access to Tower Court Pool, Walking Trails, Redbud Park, The Nature Playground, and The Meeting House Restaurant.

Outside Spaces:

The backyard is fenced and includes a paved patio with a BBQ grill, solo stove, and chairs for fire pit fun. There are plenty of hooks to hang pool towels and lake gear along the fence, a wooden sandbag toss game, and overhead twinkle lights. The large screened-in side porch has access to the backyard and to the front porch, as well as French doors that open into the main living room inside the house. The screened porch includes a tall propane heater, 2 ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, a dining table for 6, a cushioned conversation set, a smart TV, and a custom-built cooler where you can store patio drinks!

The open front porch also has 2 ceiling fans, a large built-in swing, and 4 polywood rocking chairs. It accesses both the screened porch and the front door to go inside. There’s room for 2 cars and a golf cart on the paved and covered parking directly behind the house. Upstairs, the private balcony boasts a wooded lake view and includes 2 ceiling fans, seating for 6, plus a hammock!

Inside:

Dreamcatcher’s floor plan is designed to bring your group together. The living room includes a full-size sofa, 2 loveseats, and an extra large coffee table for games, plus lots of cushions for extra floor seating. It is stocked with plenty of games and a smart TV for hours of entertainment.

The kitchen and living room are joined by the dining room in between. This allows for ample seating and meal times that turn into recreation time. There is bar seating for 6 people and a round dining table that also seats 6. The kitchen is filled with beautiful serveware and an array of appliances so you won’t need to bring a thing.

A convenient powder bath is tucked privately between the kitchen and the stairway.

Toward the back of the lower level is the primary bedroom, with an incredible vaulted ceiling, coastal ambiance, and a king bed. A dresser, nightstands, and 2 benches provide ample space to put away your luggage, however, the closet remains locked for owner use. The ensuite bathroom has double vanities and a large walk-in tiled shower with a bench and a separate door for the toilet and bidet.

Also on the lower level is the mudroom/back entryway with hooks, cubbies, and a bench for storing your gear, and the laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer.

Upstairs, the fun continues with 3 distinctly themed guest bedrooms. The first has a pink and turquoise color palette with beach decor and a King Bed. The second is upscale lake-themed with a queen bed and a smart TV. The third is nautical-themed with a patriotic color palette. This room is very spacious and includes a bunk bed with queen over full mattresses and two free-standing single beds plus French doors that open to a private balcony with a lake view.

Also upstairs is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, granite countertop, and generous storage space and hooks to make sharing easier.

The entire town of Carlton Landing is walkable, with sidewalks and boardwalks woven throughout. Bring your bicycles, scooters and skateboards! Local rental companies make it easy to procure a golf cart for your stay. Golf carts can be nice for exploring, and for toting around your group and gear. Carlton Landing also has seasonal kayak and paddle board rentals for your lake recreation and we partner with a local marina so you can rent a boat while you're at the lake!
