Fully-equipped, two bedroom condominium on Isla Verde Beach in the San Juan area. ESJ Towers is a Condo/Hotel and has all the amenities of a full service hotel. Is located right on the beach. One private parking included. This beautiful property has direct access from the building to Isla Verde Beach and minutes from
Luis Munoz Marin Airport.

OUR POOL IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED FOR REPAIR UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Fitness center, Free Wireless Internet service in the apartment and WIFI available in the Lobby . Next door to El San Juan Hotel/Fairmount and Casino; all types of restaurants and nightlife within a few blocks. Water Sports from our beach. Nearby Tours to other beaches, Horseback Riding, Scuba Diving, Fishing, Camuy Caves, Arecibo Observatory, the Rain Forest. Loved it

We loved our time at this apartment. It was spacious, had everything we needed and was steps from the Beach. Lizandra was quick to respond to any questions, and the location was truly the best - much better than Condado. Thanks for everything!

The location was perfect! The owner was very easy to reach and was super nice when answering questions at various times of the day. We had a great time and I highly recommend this place!

Our stay

The check in process was smooth as we walked straight to the room. I understood the pool was closed but also all the other amenities were not open such as the bar...... As far as the apartment was cute but the TVs in the rooms did not work. The beds in the extra room were extremely hard! The view is ocean view from across the street through other buildings. It is a gated access to get into the property but a good little walk to the main road. We had 4 people on our reservation ans only 2 beach towels. I went to the front desk for more and they would not provide more. We had to go buy towels due to as stated we could not remove the white towels. Overall it wasn't a terrible place and I did not reach out to the host to complain.

Wonderful Way to enjoy Isla Verde

We had a fantastic stay at this property- it was absolutely perfect for our family! Great location on the beach, plenty of action walking distance and convenient as a home base while exploring Puerto Rico. The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. The owner was responsive and kind. We would stay here again without hesitation. We went to the beach every day, and being so close to the action was perfect! The staff at ESJ was very nice, and I can imagine that if the pool is up and running again it will be even better! (that said, we didn't miss having a pool as the beach was our playground!) We hope to be lucky enough to return in the future! Great place for a family!

Perfect in every way

Place was in a perfect shape as we walked in. Honestly I have nothing bad to say. Location was great, close to airport close to restaurants. This has ocean view but this is not beach front please make sure u look at balcony pics they included in the listing. It was me, my husband and our toddler, we never even used the second bedroom, didn’t even walk in. One and a half bath was great as well. Master bed was so comfy I wanna buy one my self. Parking was super close to the elevator by the way parking number is P2 not B2. Her communication was prompt if needed. TVs in every room, own Wi-Fi, plenty of towels. We loved it, thank you!!

Family vacation

The condo we stayed in was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Our host was gracious, available to our needs and responsive to all emails and texts. Unfortunately the hotel itself was in a bit of disarray as a result of Covid. I was aware that the pool would be unavailable during out stay due to a scheduled maintenance after we booked, but was unaware that the restaurant, and game room would also be closed. Our host was very gracious and offered a discount due to the pool being closed. Having the pool, game room, and hotel restaurant closed, in addition to heavy mask mandates in the area, was a bit overwhelming. Its the times we live in, and in no way reflects on the property or the owner, as I'm sure these weren't their decisions to make. I would recommend this property to anyone, and would visit again. Be aware that Puerto Rico is still practicing heavy covid restrictions, and many of the attractions nearby were unavailable, even if you had planned months in advance. (The rain forest at El Yunque was only excepting 97 visitors per day, and was unavailable the entire time we were on the island.) The beach was incredible. Plan ahead.

Convenient and east

Great weekend getaway close to everything, lovely on site staff, great pool and nice beach with chairs available to rent by the day. Beds were all very comfortable and kitchen would be fine to cook in but with so many great restaurants nearby who would care to? Would definitely return.

Overall nice

Overall it was a nice condo. Dated, and it needs a deeper clean. I wouldn’t return though, not as much for the condo though. I wouldn’t return due to the building in such disarray. Currently the building is in poor condition. However, it’s under a renovation. Pool area always lacked towels. The location was nice being on the beach, but the general vicinity of the hotel wasn't that great. Owners were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Odd having an up charge to use the washer and dryer that exists in the unit, behind a combo entry.

Home away from HOME!!!

We LOVED this Casita- Location is very clean!! Everything was perfect! The host was very responsive with all of my questions and concerns. Pool is great! Beach is BEAUTIFUL not dirty at all not sure what the last review was talking about. The locals very happy to be here! Check in was a little slow BUT once your settled you can take over the island as you please! We will be back - I will absolutely book this property again!! THANK YOU LIZANDRA!!!

Super clean property! Friendly + responsive owners.

Loved my stay here. Perfect for 4 people. Super clean. Had lots of kitchen items and accessories; which I appreciated. Fully happy with room and pool. However - it is worth noting that the beach on site was more crowded and dirty than we expected so you may want to plan for other beaches. Or bring your own chairs and go to a different area of the beach.

All was good with the exception of the pool closing so early. Pool closed at 6pm, while all neighboring properties pools stayed open until 10pm Other than that everything else was amazing

Beautiful building & pool

The space was clean and interior matched photos. The building does sit on the beach but this unit does not directly overlook the beach, but has some buildings obstructing the view. The hosts were responsive and kind. The bedroom with two beds seemed to get moist and a little smelly overnight. Otherwise a well equipped space. It was my first time in PR, for the price I wished it was a little closer to more attractions and fine dining. I don’t recommend taking restaurant recommendations from the older male receptionist at the check in desk.

Had a wonderful time. Very relaxing. Location was great. Apartment very nice and clean. Lots to do in they immediate area. Can't say enough about the property owners.. Booking and entry was very easy. Very nice people and very accommodating. Will definitely uses this property again....👍👍👍

Best Winter Break

My family and I had the best time staying on this property. The condo was nice and clean and had everything you would want in a condo rental. Location wise, cannot be best- close to beach, restaurants and Uber comes right to the property for quick trips to Old San Juan area. The condo was spacious- my family of four enjoyed their own sleeping space and everyone was comfortable- We didn't spend time cooking, cause we are on vacation, but the kitchen would be ideal for cooking in. We mostly just made our cereal and left to enjoy the beautiful beach and city. I will definitely return to this condo.

Excellent location and amenities

ESJ is the perfect resort for families. The pool is beautiful and there is also a kiddie pool and hot tub. The beach is right put the back door. You can rent lounge chairs for $4 a day and umbrellas for $10. Very convenient. The condo was also great. Very clean and kept up to date. You will have to go to the store for some conveniences like paper towels, but most everything was included. The grocery store was only a block away so that is also very convenient. The check in and check out process was seemless. We really enjoyed our trip to PR. Can't wait to come back!
