• Fully air-conditioned and smoke-free
• Beach chairs, towels and a cooler available for your enjoyment.
• Solar power pack (10 hours? depending on use) for the refrigerator, a fan and electronics in case of an outage. It's not perfect but, most units have nothing.
NOTE: Puerto Rico has a very fragile power grid and, unfortunately, outages do happen. Our complex has generators for the elevators and hallway lights only. They are not allowed in the individual units. If this could be a big problem for you, we suggest staying in a resort that has full generator power.

The check-in was exactly as advertised. The Matas were very responsive to questions. The views from the 18th floor of the Isla Verde beach were soooo nice each morning. We had A wonderful time.

Amazing host communication and flexibility from the host. The property was as described and absolutely beautiful, great location, pool and beach were easy and lovely. We'll for sure be back!! The hosts were super kind going above and beyond checking in on us when our flights were canceled to make sure we found accommodations for the unplanned additional days.

This condo is perfect for 2 couples!

My husband and I stayed here, with another couple, and it was perfect, we could walk to many places, we rented a car and it has a parking spot below the building! The condo is extremely clean! We will be back!

Puerto Rico Winter

Beautiful weather and location. Safe onsite parking and location in downtown San Juan. Easy access to beach and the pool. Condo was incredible, the view and sound of the sea were intoxicating. The condo is clean, tastefully decorated, equipped kitchen and basic toiletries. Plenty of towels, beach chairs and linens. We purchased laundry detergent and left it there for the next guest. Not one thing needed attention. One thing I truly appreciated from the owner was to be sure to have our bags inspected and tagged by USDA at the airport before we checked in. Huge time saver. All in all, we enjoyed every moment and will stay again.

Great stay

Large, clean, and well-equipped condo. Location directly on beach and close to stores and restaurants. Large, clean swimming pool. Had one day with a power outage but condo had a battery pack that was easy to use and provided electricity for everything but the air conditioning. Communication with the owners was superb. Would recommend it and would stay here again.

Never judge book by the cover

This very clean updated 18 floor condo with breathtaking view of beach and town is exactly like the pictures. As anyone knows there have been several storms and last fall hurricane which has taken a toll on beachside locations and thought they are working on cleaning up outside the inside was well maintained and clean. I saw cleaning of floors doors trash pool trees lawn daily. The people who live or rent are very friendly and always happy to help or answer questions. I would recommend staying here to anyone only reason I did not suggest family is I’m not a fan of young kids being up that high with balcony. We had teenagers in our group and all good. This place has plenty of towels for bath and 4 beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and wagon for beach if needed among a few toys and air pump for floats and balls. The pool is very nice and big. There are multiple hugs to rent umbrellas and lounge chairs from. The one I online pay only (like green) others cash only. The are all different prices 10-15 umbrella and 5-10 chairs. 9-4:45 rental time. Rental car options 1 is 24 hrs all rt there in main road walking distance and 10 min max to airport as you are across the street so to speak so no fighting rush hr issues. Farmacia is across the street and has all the basics and if you walk to embassy suites just past the farmacia you will find the grocery which is easy walk…take bags in condo to help and avoid buying bags. Book your stay at the beach, do the rainforest

Much needed vacation!

The property was perfect! Very clean! It had all the essentials! Lots of towels and kitchen items for preparing foo what are you doing? and coffee :-) definitely walkable for grocery and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the balcony, which was great for sipping morning coffee and unwinding in the evening. The ocean view was fantastic. The pool area was nice, but there weren’t enough chairs available, and they couldn’t be moved. Since it was February, the pool area was often shaded, but I imagine it’s much better during the summer months. The beach, however, was lovely, and the daily 5 chair rentals made it even more

Beautiful Condo with great ocean view

The condo is as described and clean. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking when needed. The AC works well. Little things like beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers are provided so you don’t have to worry about rentals. Access to beautiful beach is only few steps from the condo pool. Pool water is crystal clear and not crowded at all.This condo is truly a turn key rental property. The owner is responsive to your asks. Definitely would come back here again.

Great Condo

Condo is awesome. Great balcony with beach views. Close to everything by walking or a short Uber drive. Neighborhood is great. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there and can highly recommend this place to anyone. Hosts are very responsive to any inquiries. The condo staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a 24 hour drugstore right across the street THAT HAS EVERYTHING. So convenient. Just wish we could have stayed another week or two...

Good location for day trips around island

Everything was good except for the lack of hot water in bedroom one (king bed). We did what was recommended but it did not work. All guests had to use the shower in bedroom two. I’d also suggest an easy chair of some kind, in addition to the sofa in the LR. The sofa does not comfortably seat four adults. Overall, the accommodations are sufficient and provide everything you need.

Fabulous stay in paradise

Our family of 5 (3 teens ages 19, 17, and 16) had a fabulous stay. From the moment I booked, Juli was very communicative, reaching out to be sure she answered any questions I may have. She also reached out upon our arrival to be sure we were able to easily access the condo and had everything we needed.The condo itself is as described and as shown in photos. It was fantastic having two full bathrooms with 3 teens. The condo is spacious and well stocked with everything from bathroom essentials to beach gear - they have thought of everything! The AC works so well at times we turned it off at night. We loved the beach which was right behind the condo. It was lively and clean with awesome waves. We also appreciated the ability to walk everywhere - from a quick trip across the street for groceries to multiple eateries nearby. The area is safe and bustling. For those needing something familiar, there’s a Starbucks (about a 3 minute walk) located in the Fairmont (a few doors down) and a Chili’s (about a 5 minute walk). A suggestion book highlighting places to eat and things to do takes the guess work out of it for you and allows you to relax and enjoy.We booked tours through SpotOn (for El Yunque) and East Island Adventure (for a snorkel trip to Icacos). I would highly recommend both! We found Uber to be the most cost effective way to travel when transportation was needed (we headed to Old San Juan to finish our trip).I would absolutely rent again from these owners!

Perfect Family Vacation in Puerto Rico

The condo was fantastic for our family vacation. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for the week, including beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach toys, cooler, you name it! A storm came through and briefly knocked out the power, but the condo even had flashlights and candles. Having the parking spot in the garage was so convenient. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had about the condo. The location was terrific, with so many places to eat and shop near by. The beach was beautiful and extremely easy to access from the condo. If we go back, would love to stay here again!

Excellent fun vacation

We absolutely loved our Puerto Rico vacation. The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was immaculate. The property owners kept in touch and gave us a list of things to do and places to eat. Perfect location. Close to everything. Easy Uber access to take you to activities. Price was very reasonable. The beach was a dream. We will be back.

The perfect place!

We came to Puerto Rico to bring our granddaughter and her best friend for their graduation trip. We felt like it would be a safe place to stay and it was!! The location was perfect for them to walk around and short Uber rides to go party. Lots of close restaurants and stores for everything you could need. They had the time of their lives! My husband and I loved it as well!!! The condo is so comfortable and cool because believe me it is hot!! So nice to come back to the air conditioning! The showers are good and the king bed was comfy and I am picky. The hosts gave us several suggestions and we enjoyed the ones we tried. They were quick to text us back and were so nice.

Was bringing mom back to see her family after 30+ years along with my 16 yo son. Knowing mom’s limitations I wanted a place close to the beach, with a pool, with a view and balcony while giving her, her own private space. This condo hit all the checkpoints. Central location for my son and I to see P.R. Owners super easy to work with and responsive when we couldn’t get the lockbox open. Will definitely be back

Beautiful getaway

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful and so shiny clean ! We had everything we could possibly need for a family on a beach vacation right there at our fingertips. The owners are so nice and very quick to respond. The pool and beach were great and it’s an easy walk to everything. There was a binder full of info from the owners that helped us navigate several fun family adventures. We can’t wait to come back !!

Amazing Puerto ricco stay

This condo was right on the beach. It was fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect beach stay. Chairs, cooler, umbrellas, and towels. The premises has a huge lap pool with chaise longe chairs. You could also rent those on the beach right in front of the building. There is NO shortage of friendly. Helpful people. Absolutely perfect!

Had a wonderful stay at the condo! Location is perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and casinos. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive to questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

We live and work in the foothills of the beautiful Sierra Mountains in Northern California but are very fortunate to spend most family vacations on the “Enchanted Isle” of Puerto Rico. We very proudly call it our second home in paradise. Richard was born in San Juan and still has a lot of friends and family on the island. We love the tropical climate, the friendly people, the laid-back attitude and the fascinating culture that Puerto Rico has to offer.

A condo in Isla Verde was our dream for many years. It just doesn’t get better than waking up to the sparkling ocean water, the sound of the waves and the tropical sea breeze. The building and area amenities, the central location and the long stretch of pristine beach make it the perfect get away for almost anyone.
