The property consists of a beautiful living room with beer cooler and wine cellar, four comfortable air-conditioned suites, a full kitchen with all the necessary items for your stay, barbecue, beautiful outdoor area with private pool and outdoor furniture.

We take great care of the bungalow, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;

***A deposit of R$1,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

****All guests must send their documents for registration and release at the reception/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1 (ground floor): Split air conditioning, blinds, closet, 1 double bed and single mattress;

Suite 2 (superior): Split air conditioning, blinds, closet, 1 queen bed and single mattress;

Suite 3 (superior): Split air conditioning, blinds, closet, 1 queen bed;

Suite 4 (superior): Split air conditioning, blinds, closets, 1 double bed.

Considered one of the best beaches on the North Coast, Itacimirim is bathed by natural pools of unusual beauty. A true preserve of peace and tranquility, it's part of Bahia's northern coastline, offering calm, warm waters that meet the Pojuca River, providing a stunning landscape to connect with nature and recharge.

In addition to its privileged location, the condominium offers excellent facilities to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable, including a beach tennis court, game room, gym, laundry facilities (use at an additional cost), and a freezer with ice (two bags available per day).

For added convenience, a golf cart is available to transport luggage from the garage to the property (check with the concierge for availability). During high season, guests can also enjoy a bar and acarajé (a type of acarajé) sold in the pool area, ensuring moments of leisure and typical Bahian flavors.
