This was just an ideal setting! While we could not control the crazy-hot temperatures, we certainly took advantage of the outdoors. One morning we watched the sunrise while having our coffee on the coveted lanai. Then we walked across the back, following the Butterfly Trail! The host was very responsive to my questions, so that was reassuring! Highly recommend VillaMesquite!

State fair

This was a beautiful safe place to stay with my family and ag coach for my daughter to show her pig at the state fair and it was only 15 minutes from the barn! Highly recommend!

A nice property in a quiet location. Easy to find and easy access to the Dallas area road network. Also an easy drive to a light rail station which saves driving into central Dallas. Inside the house was immaculate. The outside seating area is in need of some maintenance. The guttering is unable to contain the rainwater which will make the covered outside area unusable after a storm. I also wasn't keen on being stood in the porch at 15.52 waiting for the clock to chime 16.00 to gain entry. That's the first time that's happened in 25 years of renting in both the US and Europe.

Pontos positivos: Limpeza, check-in, comunicação e localização
.Overall, the house was very nice; however, the HVAC is not adequate for the heat. We arrived and the house was 80 degrees and could not cool down until evening. During the days, the temperature would rise to the mid-70s. The provider did supply fans to help, but in the 100-degree heat, the air could not keep up. The listing states it has everything you need, but there were no spices or condiments to cook with. My son needed a special diet, and we had to run back out. The house is in a great location and the owner was helpful. The pool was a great feature

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback Scott. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the home, its location, and especially the pool. We’re sorry that the A/C had difficulty keeping up with the unusually high temperatures during your stay. We appreciate your understanding while we provided fans to help make the home more comfortable. We also appreciate your comments regarding spices and condiments. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not typically provide opened food items or condiments between guests, but we understand how this may have been inconvenient, especially given your son’s dietary needs. Thank you again for staying with us and for highlighting the positive aspects of your experience. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Very quiet and peaceful area. The only issue was the pool because lawncare service. The pool cleaner showed up 1st thing the next morning and got the pool in order. Thanks for the communication window being open at all times during our stay.
