We’re very sorry, though, that the smoke alarm continued sounding throughout the night and that you were unable to reach anyone when you called. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when it prevented you from getting a good night’s sleep. We’ll be looking into the smoke alarm and our after-hours communication to make sure concerns like this can be handled more promptly. We also appreciate the feedback about the driveway. We do our best to note that it is steep, but we understand that experiencing it firsthand can be quite different.
