GREAT LOCATION with AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS – 5-minute walk to the ocean, beaches, town center and Marginal Way. View of main beach, footbridge and the Ogunquit River from private covered deck allows for watching the tides or viewing the July 4th fireworks!

This renovated, air-conditioned, one bedroom unit offers two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining area & living room, beautiful hardwood floors, flat screen TV, and Wi Fi. Living room opens onto a spacious deck with patio dining table and fantastic views. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed with dresser, bed stands, plenty of lighting and adjacent master bath. Perfect unit for 2 Adults.

Amenities include a large heated outdoor pool with shower & bathroom facilities (open in season) outdoor grills, tennis court, playground, shuffleboard & bicycle rack. Common living room area on the first floor provides additional workspace and 50" flat screen T.V. Clean accessible, common laundry also located on the first floor off the main entrance.

Elevator & rolling butler carts help you transport luggage from onsite parking. Includes parking for two cars. Convenient trolley stop at the end of Israel Head Road will take you to the many & varied restaurants, galleries, shops, fishing tours, Ogunquit Beach, Perkins Cove and other attractions.

Children welcome, No- smoking, No pets, Wheelchair inaccessible. More Details: Available weekly for the summer season from mid-June to mid Sept. Post season weekly from mid Sept. to mid Oct. PLEASE NOTE: towels and linens are not provided but blankets and pillows are in the unit. Weekly rentals are SATURDAY to SATURDAY. Check in 3 PM, check out 10 AM. Cleaning fee is included.

Great location!

The co do was the perfect size for the two of us in a quiet neighborhood. We could still walk to the beach, into town and to Perkins Cove e adult.

Stay at the Lookout

The property was clean. The owner was readily available for questions or concerns. Location was great. Close to beach and Marginal Way. Had a wonderful time!

Daily easy access to the Marginal Way

Absolutely loved our stay! This location was perfectly central to Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way, and downtown Ogunquit. Every morning we started our day with a wonderful walk on the Marginal Way. Eating dinner at either Perkins Cove or downtown Ogunquit was only a 10 min walk away (so no need to drive and park). Easy access to the Little Beach on the Marginal Way was wonderful. Walking to Ogunquit beach took about 20 min on the sidewalk. We purposely returned during low tide, and instead just walked the ocean floor from Ogunquit Beach to Little Beach. The water at the highest level was only at the dip at the Little Beach, and was waist deep on our shortest 5’5”adult, so easy for teens and adults to cross. The unit was very clean, bright, and an amazing views. You can sit out on the balcony, or play cards at the table, and watch the tides on Ogunquit Beach. Lorraine was great to deal with, which was much appreciated. We would definitely book again!

It was s very good renting experience .very good communication with Lorraine .. she was very timely in her responses. The only problem I had was with vrbo app to see all booking info at a glance . My phone is an iPhone 6 and couldn’t download the app.. but I guess that was my problem having an older phone .. Luckily Lorraine had sent me all info I was looking for ..

Our stay at this property couldn’t have been better. The location was excellent. The building, condo, and grounds were pristine. Our owner was very helpful and communication was excellent. She made sure our stay was comfortable and made it better than expected.

Wonderful location and condo

As the photo shows, the view and location of this condo in Ogunquit cannot be beat. You can easily walk to town, to the beach or to Perkins Cove. Also the unit is well equipped and immaculate. The owner was very responsive in communicating everything we need to know. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely be booking again.

Perfect week in Ogunquit

Lorraine's unit in The Lookout Resort complex was ideally suited for my small family. The location, a short walk from the Marginal Way, was perfect for us as we rarely needed to use our car throughout the week. The Little Beach at the end of the road was well within walking distance which made our beach days very convenient. The one bedroom format of the unit allowed my wife and I to hang out on the deck with a gorgeous view of Ogunquit Beach after we put the kid to bed. We had a perfect week of relaxation and fun. We would stay here again in an instant!

Comfortable condo walking distance to town

The property was "as advertised," except that it was a very long walk to the beach; we ended up driving with all of our gear. The location is definitely convenient as far as getting to the Marginal Way, shops and restaurants on foot, which we did frequently. The condo itself is comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Lorraine was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions we had.

Beautiful Ogunquit ...

This condo has an amazing view of Ogunquit Beach! Whether on the balcony, inside at the breakfast table or living room, you can watch the ocean and all its wonder! We've stayed at the Lookout property twice now, once in May and now October ~ different units. The building is quiet, and has all the amenities you'd need inside and out (outside grills, tennis, pool, playground and yard; inside laundry, onsite manager, etc.) We love being able to cook in our own unit (pots/pans, dishes, utensils, etc. provided); get up and go whenever we want. This unit has one bedroom, two baths and a queen pull out couch in living room; but requires you to bring your own sheets and towels; it is clean, and spacious for a couple or small family. Enjoy!

Great views, great location!

This condo was a perfect getaway for my daughter, husband and myself. You really can't beat the location - park your car and leave it for the week - you won't need it! Walk to Perkins Cove, downtown and the little rocky beaches along the gorgeous Marginal Way. The condo is comfortable, well stocked and clean with beautiful views of the beach. It was lovely to watch the weather change over the coast from the large balcony. The heated outdoor pool is fantastic, too! Thank you!

Beautiful and Peaceful!

This was the perfect location for a long weekend! It is impeccably clean, neat and well furnished. The views are breathtaking from every room. The covered deck provided a lovely space to enjoy coffee in the morning and relaxing time in the afternoon. Parking is just across the street and easily accessible. The condo is located within a few minutes of the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and downtown so were able to leave the car and enjoy walking. Communication from the owner was extremely timely and thorough. The experience went above my expectations. I would highly recommend this condo. I’m hoping to return in the future!

Loved this location and space

what a wonderful spot. The picture on rebroke was what attracted me to this spot in the first place and then the price was great as well so I booked it. It was fantastic. It’s walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants but it’s quiet and private and overlooks some of the most beautiful beach in New England. Everything you need except your sheets and your food is included in this rental. I rent by myself because I take time just for me and this was perfect. I found myself sending pictures and sharing how awesome of you was and how tasty my lobster was that I picked up down the street. People were jealous I’m sure and I would’ve loved to show this place off. But like I said I travel just for me. Once a year I take a respite and I was able to set my hammock up on the back porch‭, ‬watch the waves and take a nap. There is no better way to rest at the ocean. I had a little trouble setting up my Wi-Fi I did have to work one of the days of my trip there which I did on the porch. But our hosts were very quick to respond and the office manager help me connect to a different line so all was good. I hope to come back with a friend or two in the future.

Safe and close to everything!

We loved this property! It was even better than the pictures online! Very clean, perfectly located, and extremely quiet... This is not our first visit to Ogunquit, but it is the first time renting this property and it will not be our last!

Beautiful and relaxing spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was lovely, in good condition and clean. We had coffee and muffins every morning out on the balcony while enjoying the lovely view and sweet salty air. Thank you again for allowing us the chance to enjoy your lovely condo!

Quiet, relaxing and the name fits.

My Wife and I had a wonderful week at Beutiful Ocean views. It was very comfortable. Enjoyed seeing the ocean from the dining room table while we ate breakfast. The deck was nice where we felt cool breezes in the evening. Easy walk to Perkins Cove via Marginal Way so lots of lunch options, lobster shack, Oarweed etc. We would definatley stay again.

Amazing Location and View

The views are spectacular. This unit offered breathtaking views of the Ogunquit Beach and was located a very short distance to the Marginal Way. Once reaching the Marginal Way it is an quick walk to a small life guarded beach. Walking to the main Ogunquit Beach is possible but tricky with beach gear, even with the beach cart that is in the closet. Honestly the small beach at the end of the road is the nicer option so this was not a problem for us at all. The unit itself is perfect, we were able to use the pullout sofa for one adult, two adults in the Master Bedroom, and a child on a blow up bed. The kitchen as the entire unit was spotless. The updates to the unit were in very good taste and kept up nicely. If we lived closer we'd be booking again for next year. We did not need to make contact with the owners during our stay, however leading up to the trip they were quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for letting us rent out your vacation property and for the wonderful memories that were made.

Lovely condo in great location with fantastic view

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. The location can't be beat with quick access to Marginal Way and also to Shore Road. Convenient to Ogunquit and Perkins Cove shops and restaurants. We loved sitting out on the covered desk to eat, drink or just take in the view. Highly recommend. We would definitely come back when we can.

From every room, you have the amazing view, even from the bed in the morning, you can watch the sunrise with it''s breathtaking colours and can go back to sleep once sun is up or rise and shine to take your early morning walk on marginal way with the beautiful rocky ocean scenes. It is a magical hypnotising walk a d you can sit on benches to just listen and watch the waves. Condo is very clean and nicely renovated. All was perfect,.
