The kitchen is a culinary state of the art dream! The oversized island features a JennAire stovetop facing the ocean with additional seating, so when you’re preparing a meal you can enjoy the view. We want you to feel like you’re on vacation even while you cook!

This home is very kid-friendly and can come fully baby-proofed with a baby nursery. We also offer a playroom with toys and books as well as climbing foam blocks and an indoor climb gym for kids. The home is also equipped with not one but TWO living rooms and four televisions (one for each living room, two in guest bedrooms).

The oversized master bedroom faces the ocean and offers stunning sunrise views over Tampa Bay. The master bathroom is newly renovated and features a double-sink vanity, makeup vanity, large soaker tub and walk-in closet. The most notable feature is the luxurious spa shower, offering views of the ocean and authentic Moroccan craftsmanship and design, inspired by the beautiful city of Zagora.

2 of the 4 bedrooms have king sizes beds and televisions. One bedroom sleeps 4, with a full size bed, twin bunk, and a twin trundle. The other guest bedroom can be set up as a nursery with a crib, with a twin bed, or with both. Please let us know which set up you prefer so we can make sure your stay is as enjoyable and accommodating as possible!

This home is a 10-minute walk to Coquina Key Park, which offers walking trails along the water, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, soccer, and a playground.

This is a quiet residential area, not a resort or beach destination, so maintaining noise control is essential. While my neighbors are friendly and polite, they prefer minimal interaction with newcomers. Please only engage with them if they approach you. Should they request that you stop an activity or express any concerns, kindly respect their wishes. They are instructed to contact me directly with any issues regarding my guests. Failure to comply with noise regulations may result in the police being called. If the police are summoned while you’re here, you will need to leave immediately, and no refunds will be provided.
