Enjoy this South Tampa waterfront pool home, centrally located off Westshore. Close proximity to Clearwater, downtown Tampa, and Orlando. Featuring brand new contemporary finishes and breathtaking views. This home Is monitored on video surveillance on the exterior corners of the home as well as the back yard and front door ring camera. Device will record during reservations. No parties of any kind will be permitted.

Guests are free to use all areas in the interior and exterior of the house including the pool chairs, canopy bed, bed swing, Fire Pit, and outdoor Grill.

Entire house except the locked Office and locked Garage.

Host is available to make your stay more comfortable. Host responds to texts, emails, and phone calls. Please feel free to reach out in any aspect in regards to the home. In case of an emergency, please contact 911 first.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, centrally located.

Plenty of parking is available on the property. Home is conveniently located with many attractions able to be reached via car, bike, and Uber.

The home is on 24/7 video surveillance on the exterior corners, Back Yard and Front Door Ring Bell
We love hosting and want every guest to have an amazing stay! To help ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful experience for everyone, please review and follow these important house rules:

General Rules:
No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (Please be respectful of neighbors).

No smoking or vaping inside the home. Any there is evidence of smoking, including a smell of smoke you will be fined and you will be charged for all additional cleaning fees

All pets must be registered and approved by the host. A non-refundable $185 pet fee applies and must be paid before check in. This fee covers up to (2) pets for the entire stay.

Safety & Security:
Exterior security cameras are in use for your safety. Cameras are located on the outside corners of the home, in the backyard, and at the front door (Ring doorbell). These cameras operate 24/7 and record video and audio.

There are no cameras inside the home.

Tampering with, disabling, or covering security cameras will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Pool & Outdoor Area:
Use the pool at your own risk — there is no lifeguard on duty.

No diving or rough play in or around the pool.

Children must be supervised at all times when near the pool or water.

Pool hours: 8 AM – 10 PM.

Additional Guidelines:
Please leave the home in a reasonably tidy condition upon checkout.

Dispose of all trash in designated bins.

Do not rearrange indoor or outdoor furniture.

No illegal substances or activities permitted on the property.

Parking:
Free parking is available on the property driveway. Please do not block neighboring driveways or park on the grass.

Emergencies:
In case of any emergency, please dial 911 immediately.
