This 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom detached duplex provides a perfect home base for Alpine and Nordic skiers in the winter and cyclists, hikers and golfers in the summer. We are located on a quiet cul-de-sac near the Vail Golf Course, Nordic Center, bike path and a short walk to the free ski bus. The main level of the home includes a large living room with a new gas fireplace and flat screen TV, which is open to a large dining room, breakfast bar, wet bar and gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. Master bedroom has flatscreen TV and private bathroom; 2nd bedroom has queen bed with private bathroom; 3rd and 4th bedrooms have twin beds with TV and connecting bathroom with tub and shower. Amenities include large deck; wireless Internet and 2-car garage.

Vail, Colorado, is Colorado’s premier mountain resort, with some of the world’s best skiing and riding. The mountain has nearly 5,300 skiable acres and consistently averages 350 inches of annual snowfall – more than most Colorado resorts. Beaver Creek, 10 miles down valley, provides an equally impressive ski experience. If Nordic skiing is your passion, our home is steps away from the Nordic Center and miles of groomed tracks. The summer is also spectacular – with perfect weather for golf (just steps away) and cycling and hiking right out the door. The town is also home to a variety of upscale and casual restaurants. Vail also plays host to wonderful sports, dance and music festivals, many at the Ford Amphitheater, which is less than one mile away. Make our home your home away from home for an unforgettable winter or summer vacation.

Excellent location and property

We were 8 adults from Denver and Switzerland. The house is well located, well equiped, very clean and it has everything you need. It has a touch of private interior, not just a rental place .The host is very easy accessible. Highly r3c.recommendable

Excellent location, well equipped and stocked, clean, beautiful property and perfect for the family - super convenient to Gold Peak ski school and convenient to free Vail bus! Property owner and property manager reached out to ensure all was well! Pictures properly reflect property!

Very nice house

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and Pat was very responsive and helpful with questions etc. We struggled a bit with the tv situation…maybe operator error…The shuttle is a short walk although we drove to town at night for dinner since we had a car and parking at the transportation center is convenient. Also nice to have parking at the house.

Excellent East Vail Condo

We came for skiing, and access to the slopes was a breeze from the property. The property kitchen was big and had new appliances and plenty of cooking gear. The best was the 10 person table in the kitchen where we gathered daily. Checkin was easy with very detailed instructions for our stay.

Vail Visit

Great place to host a ski trip. House is well appointed and in great condition. Bus to Vail is easy for skiing. You can walk to town in 20 minutes and it is a nice walk. We would rent again!

A Wonderful Time

Nine of my buddies stayed here and couldn't have been more pleased. Any issues that did arise were quickly resolved by the host. The bus runs frequently enough that this is a very convenient place to stay for the money. Would recommend.

Amazing ski vacation with the family

We left delighted with this home after spending a few days having fun in the snow. Layout of the home was awesome, it had everything needed for family gatherings and relax after full ski days. Hoping to come back soon. Thanks Pat for everything!

Vail Ski Vacation Home

We were a group of 7 adults, three couples and a single. The home was perfect for us (although one more queen bed would have made it even more perfect!). Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The downstairs kitchen/dining/living area was modern, wide-open, and well-equipped, and that is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen is just what we needed to make daily dinners after long days of skiing, with plenty of room for the off-duty cooks to spread out into the dining and living areas. Ample cookware and cabinets full of the extras that it's nice not to have to shop for. (And we, like many others before us, it seems, left them better stocked than we found them.) The location is perfect, just minutes from Vail Village, and an easy walk to the bus stop. The roads to the house were well taken care of by the Vail public works department. We would definitely stay here again!

Great summer family vacation home

Everything about this property, its ownership and management was impeccable. We stayed for a month and had a fantastic experience. Enough room for everyone and the layout and furnishing were terrific. We'll be back for certain.

Fabulous home & great location

We had 8 ladies and the house was very comfortable for us all! Clean, spacious, and nicely laid out for a group. Big open kitchen and floor plan which made it very social! Pat was lovely to deal with as well. It’s on the bus route which makes it very accessible to the village. Highly recommend the accommodations! Nicole

This property was amazing! Everything was pristine, high end and perfect location. Five star resort!

My family (7 adults) just concluded an amazing vacation in Vail in this upscale town home. The rental really ended up to be much more than I had expected - the pictures of the home just does not do it justice. First off - thank you to the owners who made our stay so welcoming. They had many thoughtful extras available when we walked in after a very long day of traveling. Wine, coffee, filters etc - the little things were available so that we did not have to run to a grocery store for the next morning routines. She also had everything stocked and kitchen supplies were top notch. We cooked every evening in the home and had all necessities for cooking and baking - it was amazing. The space itself is so welcoming and relaxing. The open floor plan with comfortable leather couch and chairs in front of the gas fire (loved the remote options) and large screen TV was perfect for the crowd to watch our favorite football games together. ( Only criticism... the cable service did not have the SEC channel so Gator basketball was watched on computers. ;) ) The large table (BEAUTIFUL) that sat 10 easily was just perfect for our large meals as well as many card games. The master bedroom and bath was luxurious with lots of top- end towels and linens - so comfy. The other bedrooms were spacious and everyone slept well after days on the slopes. I spent an afternoon by myself and walked down to the Nordic center to cross country ski. Only about a three minute walk - and the trails were perfect. Again, thank you Pat for such a wonderful welcoming rental that was perfect for a Vail ski vacation for a crowd. Will definitely stay with you the next time we travel to Vail. Thanks!! Very nice property great location, clean and very functional in every way.

this is a great location for ski season or any other as its 7 minutes in ski boots to the bus and in street shoes you can walk to Gold hill in 20 minutes or so. The sleeping areas are nicely independent and the kitchen worked very well for the 8 of us. The owners were very nice and extremely helpful with directions and anything else we needed. We will rent this one again. JFM

Perfect Family House by the Golf Course

This house is great. It has a great location in a Quiet Neighborhood, Not far from the village and very close to the golf course. The house has everything you can ask for. The Kitchen is very well Equipped (We love cooking) Everything worked perfect. We would stay here again anytime.

Great Time!

We just spent a few summer weeks in this wonderful home. I must say it all worked wonderfully, we had a great time in the Vail area. As we wanted, the house was comfortable, functional and in a excellent location - just steps from the Golf Course - a must for us - and close enough to the village, just under 2 mi. We hope to be back next summer.

Family Friendly In Quiet, High End Neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay over 2015 President's Day holiday and during the World Championships! Well maintained home with an open floor plan was perfect for our two families. Plenty of space for the five kids and four adults and just the right location off Vail Valley Rd. Bus stop close by or 3 min drive past Ford Park to the base of Golden Peak. We loved the high end private neighborhood and Cul de Sac location of the home. Kitchen had everything we needed for lots of home cooking and the bed setup was great. Great mattresses and sheets, huge kitchen area was perfect for gathering in the mornings and evenings. Pat was responsive and attentive through out the process. Will definitely stay there again. Good value overall. Great value for those vacationers that don't mind being away from the base of the mountain a bit.

Terrific house for families

Our family stayed at this fabulous house in December. Spacious, comfortable, and cozy great room with gas fireplace to enjoy. Very convenient for skiing, with shuttle just a few minutes walk. Look forward to our next visit to this 4 bedroom gem in Vail.

OUTSTANDING!!!!

My family and I have rented this house twice, and the experience has always been rememberable. Here we have had the best vacations of all! We LOVE it!! It is so well equiped and well decorated. The living room is very cozy and there is room for all of us! (7) The kitchen is wonderful and we cooked gourmet dinners almost every night, the rooms are very comfortable and with beautiful views. The bathrooms are also neat and roomy. The location is perfect because it is only minutes away from Golden Peak and also it is very near from the Village if your plan is to get out at night. The owners are very warm people and they always try to make you feel at home. I would never change this house for any other! We highly recommend it!!

Great place to stay!

My family and my guests spend four wonderful days! Excellent Living Area, kitchen , Bathrooms and Amenities. We enjoy delicious barbecues. This property has a a comfortable living area with an open kitchen, dining and seating/TV area. The only negative thing is condition of the glasses, I suggest to buy a new collection of them. The three private bathrooms, one in each bedroom is ideal. The property is super-clean and a great place to stay. We hope to return here again.

Best 4 bedroom in Vail

This house is amazing and was such a find for my family. The bedrooms were spacious, the great room was amazing and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. I would stay here as often as I am in Vail, it is the best house I have found on VRBO in central Vail.

Our family is the original owner of this special home, which is in an excellent Vail location. In 2010, we renovated the home from top to bottom. We enjoy an outdoor lifestyle and are avid skiers and cyclists, both road and mountain. We've skied all over the country and have found Vail Mountain second to none.

Once you have your groceries and supplies, there's no need to drive! Take the convenient, free bus to skiing or the charming town of Vail, just a mile to the west. Walk to the Vail Nordic Center and Golf Course. Take the hiking trail behind the house into the national forest. Cycle up Vail Pass -- or try an easier spin down valley. If you want to venture further afield, Avon and Beaver Creek are 10 miles down valley, Summit County is 20 miles to the east and Glenwood Springs and Aspen are easy day trips.
