🌲 This 3-bedroom Fish Camp home sleeps 8 guests with creek views and direct Yosemite access. The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, private deck access, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. The loft includes a king bed plus cozy seating with valley views. Two full bathrooms serve the home. The open-concept living room offers vaulted wood ceilings, large windows framing the forest, plush couches, and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, and ample counter space. Dine indoors at the table for 8 or outside on the wrap-around deck. Washer and dryer in-unit. Streaming and WiFi throughout. Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. ❄️ Winter guests enjoy snow-covered pines and a peaceful mountain escape, while ☀️ summer visitors can explore Big Creek in the backyard and hike Mariposa Grove nearby. Not pet-friendly. Note: hot tub is not operational.



Guest Access:

Self check-in details provided before arrival. Parking for 2 cars maximum in the driveway. There is a separate lower unit on the property that may be occupied, but no shared spaces between units. 🌲 Fish Camp sits at elevation and may experience snow, rain, wind, and natural forest debris. Brooms and snow shovels are provided to help clear outdoor spaces as needed. Yosemite National Park may require a vehicle reservation to enter during summer and select times of year.

Fish Camp is minutes from Yosemite National Park's southern entrance gates, giving you quick access without long wait times. Mariposa Grove, home to ancient giant sequoias, is a short drive down the road. Nearby Wawona offers river walks, The Pioneer History Village, and seasonal barn dancing. Local markets and restaurants are within easy reach in Fish Camp. 🏞️ Inside Yosemite, explore famed hikes, breathtaking waterfalls like Bridalveil and Yosemite Falls, towering granite formations including El Capitan and Half Dome, and vast Alpine wilderness. Open skies around Fish Camp make for unforgettable stargazing on clear nights.



Getting Around:

Fish Camp is located just minutes from Yosemite National Park's South Gate entrance via Highway 41. From Fresno, take Highway 41 north for approximately 65 miles (about 90 minutes). From Oakhurst, drive north on Highway 41 for roughly 15 miles (20 minutes). Yosemite Valley is about a 1-hour drive from Fish Camp once inside the park. Mariposa Grove is approximately 10 minutes south. The nearest major airport is Fresno Yosemite International (FAT), about 70 miles south.



Other Things to Note:

• Pets: Not allowed — a fine will be assessed at checkout if evidence of a pet is found

• Washer/Dryer: In-unit

• Parking: 2 cars maximum

• 🏔️ Yosemite vehicle reservations: Required all summer and select times during the year. Plan ahead and book your park entrance reservation separately.

• Lower unit: A separate lower unit exists on the property and may be occupied. No shared spaces between units.

• Hot tub: Non-operational and not available for guest use.

• 🌲 Natural environment: This home borders the forest and is subject to snow, rain, wind, falling pine needles, leaves, dust, animals, and insects. Cleaning tools including brooms and snow shovels are provided.

• Early check-in/late checkout: Based on availability and require approval. Fees up to $60 may apply depending on hours requested. Requests for late checkout must be received by 10:00 AM local time the day before departure.
