This was the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at. if there was an option to give it 6 stars I would select it for sure. The property was so comfortable for our two families. Extremely clean! I would highly recommend it! Thank you for such a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Mary, was an excellent host. Very communicative and accommodating. Honestly, the pictures don't do the place justice. The house is a lot more spacious than we had imagined and the flow was perfect for our two families with kids. I've never stayed in a house rental that had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked, there was even a full rack of spices! It was great having a game room that both kids and adults could enjoy. The place feels like a hotel with all the thoughtful touches and organization. Everything has been thought of. And the property has beautiful views and plenty of space for kids to run and explore. Every morning we woke up to deer and squirrels roaming the property. We did a day trip to Yosemite and the drive there was beautiful from the house. Our expectations have been exceeded, and we look for to staying again next year at Sierra Sunscape :)

Absolutely loved our stay. The home is perfect indoors and out. We had one issue with the water (I think a deer bit off a spout in the yard) while we were away and they had someone come fix it within the hour of contact! Very lovely through and through. We would stay here again!

The property was beautiful and came with nice extras. I was super happy with the accessories in the kitchen as well! It was fully equipped with everything you need including coffee filters and a few spices!

We had a wonderful experience from the start! Mary was helpful and responsive from booking and throughout our stay. We arrived to a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. We had Beautiful mornings watching the sunrise on the front porch and beautiful sunsets in the evening in the back. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things needed to cook meals. Great room sizes to comfortably accommodate our group. The home was a short drive to groceries and restaurants. We spent most days in Yosemite and this was the perfect place to relax after full days of hiking. Looking forward to retuning!

Don’t hesitate to book this property! They thought of everything! It is clean, safe, has plenty of space, beds are very comfy, not too far from a small town, nice to come back to the hot tub and game room after hiking all day!

Beautiful home

We stayed hoping not really knowing how far of a drive it would be into Yosemite. But the house itself was beautiful, new and clean. Sort of a weird neighborhood, but Mariposa is a cute town.

Much needed rest

Decided to take a break and vacation in Yosemite. This beautiful home is nicely secluded. This home was very well equipped, nicely decorated and first rate all around. The owner was readily available and easy to deal with.

Beautiful modern home with very comfortable bedding and furniture. The whole family had a great time in the game room and the hot tub was great to unwind at the end of a long day at Yosemite.

Fabulous rural property with excellent amenities and a great base for exploring Yosemite.

We stayed over Christmas 2024 - my family, consisting of my husband and I, our teen/tween children and our niece and her husband and their dog. The house is in a beautiful rural location with plenty of space around it and beautiful views. It is superbly appointed with extremely comfortable beds, high quality furnishings, plenty of games and the hot tub to keep us amused, and we even tested the kitchen thoroughly by cooking a Christmas dinner there! There was plenty of space to spread out and the house was a great base to visit Yosemite from too - around 1 1/4 hours into the centre of the park from here.

Lovely home

Our group truly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and many amenities. They even provided sound machines in every room. The home appeared to be recently remodeled. Our group consist of three couples and each couple had a large bedroom with their own shower. Beds were very comfortable. The home was beautifully decorated. They provided everything you could want for your stay. Great view of the sunset and very quite . Definitely will rent again !!

The house is exceptionally clean and very modern. All amenities are included, the beds are high quality and very comfortable. 4 full size bathrooms are so nice for a group of 8. Plenty of green space around the house that is well maintained. Only an hour from Yosemite valley. The house is situated in the woods, so there are no shops around the house, but nature captivates you. Mariposa is a 20 minute drive with cute shops and restaurants.The host is very responsive. I had no trouble reaching her to get answers.We felt a bit rushed having to leave at 10 a.am., but it was worth it.I would definitely stay here again should I plan to visit the area.

Perfect secluded hideaway

Recommend arriving during daylight hours dark roads can make it hard to see. The link that was given in the email did not correspond to the right coordinates of the property. The property was bigger than what I expected it was very well put together, the owners were very accommodating. The property has amazing views of tree lines and was secluded the only problem we had at our stay is the gas ran out on the last night and we had no hot water and could not cook. However, once we reached out to the property manager they assisted us in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to get way from the city life

This house outside of Mariposa is AMAZING. We were so sad to leave. First off, it was exactly as described and pictured, and beautifully cleaned. Updated and modern. The bedrooms are large and lovely, king beds all around(3), and then one bunk room with SIX double beds. You could stay here with two or even three families and be comfortable. All rooms have their own bathroom and A/C unit. The decor is clean and comfortable. The living room has the biggest, most comfortable couch EVER. With the largest tv we have ever seen. (Not that we had the chance to watch it, but still...) The kitchen is fully equipped with the BEST coffee setup that I have ever seen. There were even creamers in the fridge. Then there is the gameroom with pool and foosball. We have stayed in a lot of rental properties and this ranks among the best. I wish we could have stayed much longer. The small downsides of the house...it is on a rough, dirt road. We were happy to have an SUV. It is a short road at least. The location is quite isolated. (Therefore, nice and quiet.) It is about a 20 minute drive to Mariposa for groceries or whatever, and over an hour to Yosemite. That said, don't even think about it and book this house!

Clean and inviting home. We loved the hot tub and game room after our adventures in Yosemite. Kitchen is very well stocked with good quality knives/pots/pans and everything you could possibly need. We appreciated the touches of spices and all the coffee prep items. Beds were comfortable. The living room has comfy blankets and the entire home is very well decorated.
