Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.
Damage Waiver / Security Deposit
You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.
For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:
1-7 Nights: additional $25/night
8-29 Nights: additional $200
30+ Nights: additional $300
There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.
We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation...

Condo was directly under phoenix’s airport flight line , planes very loud day and night , street noice also loud . Pool area was nice but they were painting the building so had to listen to gas powered paint sprayer and overspray while at pool . The unit interior was nice , AC unit above bathroom ceiling very loud . Check in process was confusing and had to send my ID multiple times , I left a phone message with property management at a Milwaukee number to confirm reservation but did not receive return call . As stated unit was ok just property management hard to deal with .
