Welcome to one of Arizona's most unique and gorgeous vacation rentals. This special home will guarantee that you and your guests have a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Masterfully renovated, furnished, and minutes from Old Town, This Tempe/Scottsdale getaway is what IG dreams are made of! The yard features a huge HEATED pool, lounge chairs hanging from a tree, and BBQ just to name a few of the amenities! 15 min to Old Town, 8 min to Mill Ave and only 10 min to the airport!

The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a enormous community park boasting a lake with paddle boats, multiple jungle gyms, sand volley ball, tennis, even a indoor waterpark/wavepool! There are loads more within the park not to mention many of great restaurants and bars just a couple minutes drive down the road! Enjoy all Tempe/Scottsdale has to offer.



Getting Around:

The park is right around the corner and certainly walking distance but the best way to get around the city is certainly by car!



Other Things to Note:

Pool is heated upon request for a daily fee. There is a brand new gas heater installed powerful enough to heat the pool to a comfortable temperature no matter when your stay is!

Great place to stay!

We would definitely stay here again! Great spot, very convenient for families. Close to the park, shopping and anything else you might need.

First time not leaving a 5 star

I have never NOT given a host 5 stars. I like to think I’m pretty easy going but unfortunately I was not impressed with this rental. I was traveling with a total of 4 adults and 2 children. When we arrived, my kids instantly wanted to swim, so of course we let them. When they got out of the pool, I could not find towels anywhere and then my daughter needed to use the restroom and I couldn’t find toilet paper anywhere. Both bathrooms empty of towels and toilet paper. I will say; that once I called the host, he did answer and offered to instacart toilet paper to the house. I had to go to the grocery store any way so I told him I would snag some. He said he was going to reimburse me and that didn’t happen. I had accidentally thrown the receipt away so it was a loss on my end. After that, we began to unwind for the night and I noticed multiple holes in the wall and the trash can lid was broken. I texted the host so he was aware and so I wouldn’t be charged. He then needed me to send the pictures to another number. It was just really unsettling because every rental we have done before was so organized. The backyard looked so fun, but you can’t swing on any swings. The swings by the bar hit the poles they’re next to, and the swings from the tree, once you’re sitting in them, your butt is on the ground. The corn hole boards were broken and there were no ping pong balls for the ping pong table. We chose this one due to the yard so it was disappointing.

Beautiful home

This is a beautifully home, and location is very nice and quite and nice park and lake near by, Host was great and letting us check in early was a plus , House need a better cleaning and update on the house now as some items in the picture where either broken / faded or not there which that was a little disappointing, but other then that I would stay here again.

Great find!

This was a great find for anyone looking to stay central to activities in the Phoenix area. You are close to major freeways but just far enough away to have some quiet and peace. The house was great (with the added bonus of the park literally in the back yard for kids!).

Amazing place!

Top notch rental property and Chris is very fast and professional on the VRBO messaging. Honestly loved the place and we would stay again without hesitation. Parks nearby were great for the kids and getting a jog in on the paths. Not much we'd have done differently but we would have brought our own frying pan, and I don't think we would have bothered heating the pool in December. The summer and shoulder seasons are probably better for that. We had a wonderful Christmas at this house! Highly recommend!

Heated pool not heated

Our main reason for picking this specific location was the fact that it was advertised that the pool could be heated for an additional fee. We are from the Midwest and we’re celebrating a birthday while in town and looked forward to being able to swim outside in Arizona in November! Upon booking the location back in June for our stay in November, I notified the owner that we would be wanting the pool to be heated. One week prior to our stay I reminded the owner that we would be wanting the pool heated, he acknowledged my request and charged me the fee which I paid. To make a very long story short- we arrived on a Wed to a very cold pool. After multiple conversations with the owner and us doing the actual work to get the pool heater to work, the pool was finally warm enough to swim in the night before we checked out which was Sunday. Highly disappointed. Also rated the check in process poor as we spent at least 30 minutes trying to get ahold of the owner so we could get in. No information was sent prior to us arriving and we arrived after the check in time on the listing. The inside of the house was average which we were ok with as our main reason for picking this location was the heated pool.

Tempe House

The house was amazing!! The owner was very fast in responding. The coffee maker didn’t work. I contacted Chris and he dropped a brand new one off. The pool wasn’t heating up and the pool guy was there right after I contacted Chris. The owner to this property is amazing. The property was perfect!! Will definitely stay again.

I rented this property for my fall break. From the location to the decor, everything about this stay was beautiful! The cleanliness was amazing and communicating with the seller was not difficult at all! Book this stay!

Girls Trip

Had a great time staying here with a group of girl friends! Location was nice and the rental was very cute! The backyard is where we spent most of our time and we were not disappointed! I would recommend this location to others and I would stay here again!

Great stay at this new property!

The heated pool is awesome: deep, clean, warm (in late December) and doesn’t burn your eyes or smell of chloramines. Chris was very responsive. Furnishings are fairly basic. Beds are simple foam: supportive, firm and comfortable. Kitchen and baths were clean with good appliances. (FYI: k-cup coffee maker only, so bring a cone & filters for pour overs if that’s what you prefer). Could use a couple trips to goodwill to accumulate a bit more kitchen stuff, grill tools, etc. Really just the bare essentials are there so far, but adequate for our needs. A real couch/sectional would improve comfort of the living room and shelves, bureaus or really any horizontal surfaces for your stuff in the bedrooms would be nice (though master has plenty of shelves in the large closet). Location was great for us. It’s much quieter than we expected and the park is nice (lake is stocked for fishing if that’s your jam - though not sure I’d want to eat them, we saw a couple kids catch a 14” bass one night). Would gladly stay again.

Perfect Location

This place was great. Stayed here for my honeymoon with my wife. Its walking distance to a few places like 7 eleven and a couple small bars/restaurants that take you past a very nice large park. Also only around $20 or less Uber trips to/from scottsdale and downtown tempe which is where we were mostly. I'm sure it'd be the same to Phoenix if we had visited there as well. Yard/pool is great gives a really nice vibe whether you want to relax or have a little fun. Definitely request to have the pool heated as the water is very cold if not, at least for the winter months. Chris was very responsive to every question or need that we had. Would stay again.
