Great Spring Break getaway! But issues need to be addressed...

The house was VERY clean, but did have some issues — the screened patio had a tear by the pool, and quite a few blinds blades were missing. I’m sure management is aware of these issues and will be addressing them. Also, the listing wasn’t clear in indicating that there was no grill at the property. That was a big miss for us as a group, as we expected to cook on the grill.

This particular home does not have one so it was not listed for that reason. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and we hope to see you again in the future!

Would not rent again

Had no kitchen sink for four days. Our entire stay. There was a big puddle of water sitting in the cupboard under the kitchen sink when we got there. A plumber came out twice and said a part needed ordered and it would be in the next day. He turned the water off and never showed back up after multiple attempts to let management know it’s still not fixed. Also, The pool heat did not work.

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful home with easy access to popular locations.

The home was very big and can easily handle 3 to 4 families. A little bigger the when needed but perfect. The location was close enough to most parks and easy to get to everything. Only a 20 min ride. But being away from the busy areas was a nice retreat to relax at end of day. The outside pool was really nice. The house was very clean. I would only suggest some of the items needed by most such as salt, pepper, coffee filters were provided. Paper towels and toilet paper were on the shy side as well. I did ask 3xs for a grill and it was never delivered and I also did not get any response when I left message asking. Small items however but the price and the home itself where fantastic and would consider doing this again should I stay in Orlando again.

Ample Space … Needing a Few Updates

I would like to start will the house hosted my family with plenty of space for all 16 people .. Upon arrival the staff at the office was extremely helpful and polite. I’d like to say , the house had ample space to support a large gathering .. just maybe in need of some updating .. My concern is , at this price point I actually expected the level of service to be closer to what I’m use to when I rent vacation homes. I rent vacations homes often. My family really enjoyed our time together but I can’t say that I wouldnt be in a hurry to rent this home again .. sorry Again the house was available for what we needed and provided ample space .. just in need of some TLC .. Thanks
