A $500 fee will apply for any violation of this policy.

🎉 No Parties or Events

Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed under any circumstances.

👥 No Unregistered Guests

Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the property.

If you`d like to invite someone, please request approval in advance—additional fees may apply.

🪑 Do Not Move Furniture

Please do not rearrange or move any furniture, including beds, sofas, chairs, or decor.

Items must remain in their original positions. A repositioning fee may apply if things are found out of place.

🧹 Respect the Property

Keep the home clean and organized.

Handle furniture, decor, and amenities with care, as if it were your own home.

🔇 Quiet Hours & Noise

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please be considerate of neighbors and avoid excessive noise at all times.

🚫 Violation of Rules

Any rule violation, including parties, smoking, unauthorized guests, property damage, or irregular behavior, will result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
