As part of a 100-year-old property, this apartment reflects the character of its era - creaky floorboards and all. While we've added hurricane impact windows and enforce quiet hours, some ambient noise between floors is expected.
Train Tracks Nearby:
The property is near a train line that includes the Brightline and occasional cargo trains. While our impact windows dampen the noise significantly and most guests find this minor, it's worth noting if you're especially sensitive to sound. Lastly, West Palm Beach is actually designated a train horn quiet zone, so Brightline and freight trains don’t routinely sound their horns, only doing so in emergencies or if there's a safety concern.
Guest Access:
Enjoy full access to the Social Court and hot tubs, along with a shared laundry room stocked with essentials.

This home is not pet-friendly. No animals of any kind are permitted as owners are highly allergic to all types of animal dander.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.
