**This unit offers a free beach setup of two chairs and one umbrella for every day of your stay during the 2025 season, March 1 - October 31**

Welcome to this wonderful three bedroom townhome which is located on the lake and right next to the pool. This Townhome is tastefully decorated with a updated kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace great for entertaining guest also a dinning area that seats up to 8 guest. Just off the dinning & living area is an enclosed patio that over looks the lake and pool area. Located also downstairs is one of the guest bedrooms with a king bed that can be made into 4 twin beds, it also has its own private bathroom . As you make your way upstairs the master bedroom is located on your left with a newly updated bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom to your right has its very own private bathroom with 2 double beds and a trundle bed just off the guest bedroom. All bedrooms are carpet besides the guest bedroom down stairs which is fully tiled.

We’re happy to accommodate families and guests looking for a great stay. Please note, in order to ensure a comfortable experience for all, individuals under the age of 25 are not eligible to book a unit. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

Area Attractions:

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

Loved this place!

This was PERFECT! It was right by the pool which was great for the kids. It’s a short walk to the beach and we were there almost everyday. The one thing I’ll say is there were 11 of us and there weren’t many bath towels, but that was a very simple fix. We would absolutely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: The townhome we stayed in was well maintained, clean, and had all the necessary essentials. It was close enough to the pool, workout center, and hospitality room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the constant waiting at intersections for traffic and only being able to stay for as long as we wanted.

Great place for family/families with lots of kids

We rented this townhouse for a week to house two adults plus our combined total of 8 kids, teens and young adults. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool is right out the back door, and it's just a short walk across the parking lot to the beach access. It was very private being in a townhouse, away from the many people staying in the condos. And no elevators to have to get into, just walk outside your front or back door on the main level. We cooked at home nearly every night and had dinner as a family at the huge dining room table. It was a great family vacation!

Locatioin next to the pool was great for everyone as it allowed for extra water time on a week where the temperatures were over 90 each day. Good layout to give every family group their own space.

The garden on patio was overgrown, the linens didn’t fit in the master bedroom, furniture and appliances were broken . We had to replace batteries and light bulbs and repair doors.

The only issues we had was the outside setting area outside the kitchen was an overgrown weed garden so could not access the grill. We had to work on the community grill to get it to work . There was outlet issues in the bathrooms could not use hair dryers . The clothes dryer would not dry towels or clothes. Oh and the blender leaked so I could not make my smoothies in the morning .

Reviewer Comments: the property needs upgrades and new carpet, too many stains on the carpet and furniture. then we had a horrible plumbing issue and were not able to use the unit for 2 days and we were not reimbursed. no one returned my phone calls, and i left numerous messages. I will not recommend the town houses to anyone.

Family Vacation

I called ahead of time just to make sure we were ready to get checked in when we got there. Was told yes everything was ready, then we reached out townhouse the door was unlocked and the cleaning lady was still there. Sheets and blankets were thrown in the closets, we just rewashed everything since we didn’t know what was cleaned. Then come to find out our dishwasher had a leak and they had to bring another refrigerator for us. I would say they need to fix the carpet on the stairs. It’s loose and dangerous. Ashley the property manager was AMAZING! Very prompt response that was first day and she really genuinely wanted to help us! Jeff our star security guard was also great! Overall the rental does need some maintenance help but the workers are great!!! Lots of amenities! We’re right next to the pool and picnic area! I would definitely stay here again!

Vacation in Townhouse 10

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was wonderful. We loved the townhouse. It was very clean and well maintained. Was a little disappointed with the back patio. Furniture was a little dirty, but we enjoyed the front patio. We arrived way early. We couldn't get into out townhouse for a few hours. That disappointed me, (no one had been in the townhouse the night before). My son has Autism. He loves to ride, but won't sleep. We had to stay in the car four hours before we could get into the townhouse. My son got sick in the car as he had not eaten for 15 hours, but had his medicine. I just felt under the circumstances, they lady in charge could have bent the rules a little and let us in. We had the guard call her, but she wouldn't budge. The townhouse hadn't been inspected yet. Other that this situation, we were very pleased. Nice location. Kitchen was very well furnished. Nice dishes and cook wear. I might add my son has texture issues, so his food has to be puréed. Other wise I could have stopped and got him food, but he cannot eat just anything.

Great stay for Family (seniors, teens, adults, and kids)

The property was just as described and yes it is an older feeling home but my mother loved the decorations everywhere (yes, even the small decor that another review found troubling). The kids liked the room and how close we were to the pool. My father enjoyed the close proximity of the home to major restaurants and shops. the beach is a short 5-8 minute walk so if you bring your chairs you can carry them but a small cart would be more convenient when taking to the beach. We all enjoyed the tennis court, the gym and how quiet the location was. It was cold when we visited (Spring Break Mid March) but the pool was heated! TV in each bedroom was the best as we were a huge family. prices of the restaurants near us was expensive between $170-$250 for a group of 10. The home had a great working oven, plenty of dishes, utensils etc. the baking pans are pretty dirty but we just washes and sanitized the visibly less used pans. The only complaint was that we couldn't figure out how to change the temperature upstairs since it was always a little too warm compared to downstairs. The carpet is a bit stained all over the house but nothing too big for us. we couldn't locate the dumpster at first only to see it was between the the trees in the center of the townhomes. No bugs, no major disasters, just a well kept home with a bit of an older touch. Oh! and most of the rooms do not have a light on the celiling so there are lamps everywhere but most of the plugins didn't work, again no big deals since we were out and about anyways and only got in after dark.

The constant maintenance was an issue. Condo pictures are old, it is quite cluttered now. Nearly all was addressed, but not until the end of our stay. Normally enjoy these townhomes.

Cons: 1-almost all mattresses need to be replaced they are very disgusting and unsanitized .2- When we arrived the house was dirty, they send someone to clean but anyway but had to clean it.3- the AC United can’t cope with cooling the house.4-The AC needs to be replaced or fixed.5-the silverware was very grassy( we had to clean it)

Town home 4-10

The house is great, good location, walking distance from the beach and in front of the pool. 3 very spacious and separated bedrooms. Gave our family enough privacy. Only cons: the electrical outlets dont work. The kitchen has all you need but does need to be a bit more organize and have some empty cabinets for us to put our food. Other than that, i completely recomend this place.

VACATION AWAY FROM HOME!

THE LOCATION OF THIS TOWNHOME WAS GREAT BEING NEXT TO THE POOL, BUT ALITTLE FAR FROM WALKING TO THE BEACH.THIS UNIT WAS A LITTLE OUTDATED AND NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL(2 Y.O.) CHILDREN TO BE IN. WHEN I SAY NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN, THERE ARE ALOT OF SHELLS, LITTLE THINGS THAT CHILDREN COULD SWALLOW, BREAK OR DESTROY AND WE THE RENTER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR. THERES ALOT OF UNNECESSARY STUFF IN THE UNIT, LIKE TOO MANY PILLOW. ALOT OF SPACE ISN'T USED WISELY. WHEN YOU CHECK THE INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE IT CLEARLY STATES THREE BEDROOMS BUT MAKES YOU THINK THERE ARE ONLY TWO FULL BATHROOMS AND A HALF, WHEN WE ARRIVE WE FIND OUT THERE ARE A FULL BATHROOM TO EACH BEDROOM.WAS IT CLEANED!!! YES, I HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICCE AND COMPLAIN! ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER ARRIVED BEFORE I DID TO FIND THE CLEANING STAFF SITTING AND NOT CLEANING. AFTER I ARRIVING, FOUND THE THE COFFEE FILTER HADN'T BEEN CHANGED IN AWHILE AND STILL HAD COFFEE IN THE FILTER WITH MOLD GROWING ON IT, FLOORS DIDN'T APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN SWEPT OR CLEANED, THE PATIOS HADN'T BEEN SPRAYED OFF, HAD PIGEON DROPPINGS ON CUSHIONS AND THE GROUND. AFTER SPEAKING TO THE OFFICE, EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF, MANAGEMENT DOES TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE!
