Sterling Shores is a gated, 11 story complex in the heart of Destin. Boasting a 4300 sq.ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping with 240 ft of beach. Be sure to take advantage of the new bike rack available for owner and guest use in the East Garage next to the ice machines. Beach service is available for guest for $45/day or $225/week plus tax and booking fee. Guest may reserve in advance by calling 866.651.1869. Wander over to the iconic Back Porch Restaurant.

Our condo has an awesome view of the Gulf from a central location on the tenth floor. Beachside with private beach, beach club, and beach service (during summer season). Palisades environment with restaurants, amusements, and shops many within walking distance.

We had a great time! Location of the condo was perfect! Close to dining and the cutest little gift/candy shop! Beach wasnā€™t overly crowded! The pool and lights were beautiful at night! The condo was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed! Would definitely recommend to others!

Wonderful View and Location

Our family of 6 stayed for the week and had a great time! The view from the deck is my absolute favorite, and the location for restaurants and activities is perfect!!! Our only issue was the front bedroom with the bunkbeds was kind of hot, but we just bought a fan (and left it there for the next family).

The perfect vacation condo

Amazing property with a great pool and beach is a 1 minute walk across the street. Condo location is perfect with multiple restaurants and activities within walking distance. Family friendly and the condo is updated with 3 beds and 2 full baths. We would recommend to any family and will be back. 5 stars!!

This is an amazing place to stay, was my first time in this property and was perfect. my two kids wake up in the morning and see the beautiful view to the ocean from the balcony . Our first time visiting Destin and we will definitely be back! The property was beautiful and everybody we met was always smiling and friendly. Itā€™s close to everything we wanted to do. Best view in Destin

This condo was excellent. It was very roomy with a spectacular view. The balcony is huge. The pool and courtyard area are amazing. The entire property is well maintained. I would have given 5 stars if the fridge worked a little better. But it should be fine for the next renters. I kept in touch with Joel about the situation, and they are replacing it. I will definitely be back.

Disappointed

The beach is completely covered with rows of chairs and umbrellas. Its too crowded. Takes away from the beach experience. You have to walk a little ways to find an open area. Also the elevators did not work on a daily basis. It was either one or the other. One day they were both down for a while and with four young kids we werent going to attempt to walk up 10 floors.

Relaxation Abounds

We really liked the location of the condo and the 10th floor gave great views of the ocean. As an added bonus on several mornings, we saw dolphins swimming parallel to the shore. There was nothing like enjoying breakfast on the balcony and watching them. The condo's location also gave my elderly parents a great view without having to be on the beach. The condo was nicely decorated and spacious for the master suite, living area, and kitchen. The second and third bedroom was on the smaller side but very adequate. It was nice to have a full size laundry room and cleaning supplies as needed. The kitchen had cuisinart cookware, usable cooking utensils and stainless steel appliances of great quality. My only concern was several of the dishes were put away that was cleaned properly. My guess is that dishes were put away without being properly run through the dishwasher. It was an easy fix that we ran all our dishes through again without any issues. This is a wonderful place and we would definitely request this condo again.

Fabulous condo on fabulous beach

Destin has the best beaches with the best sand. Sterling Shores is one of the best properties in Destin with two great pools, a private section of beach, and steps away from one of the best restaurants - Back Porch. It is located out of the snarling traffic of the harbor area with easy access to groceries. This particular condo has to be one of the absolute best in the building. Clean, modern, and spacious with stunning views of the gulf. Joel was a very accessible and responsive owner taking care of all my questions very quickly. Everything was as good, if not better, than advertised.

Wonderful time!

Our family of 6 just returned from another wonderful week at the beach! The condo was spacious and beachfront with a short walk to the beach. We really liked the exclusiveness of the 2 pools and private beach with accessible beach service. There is also a small bar that serves lunch on the beach. Don't miss the small coffee shop located within the Candy store next door. I advise you to grocery shop at Wal mart and not Publix. Wal Mart has a great selection of items and everything was fresher, available, and a better price. Joel was easy to work with. We appreciated the ice machine located in the garage. The Back Porch is wonderful and the wait time was always less than we were told-- walk right out of the property and you are there. They also have a beachfront bar and we preferred their drinks.
