Limited beach gear is available (items vary by stay).

Resort amenities: Outdoor pool and lazy river open year-round (unheated), indoor heated pool and 2 hot tubs, kids' splash zone with zero-entry into the outdoor pool, Beachfront Bar & Grill, River City Café, Salt & Lime, Ava's Pizzeria and Ice Cream Shop, Dunes Convenience Store, fitness center, and arcade.

The street-facing mini water park is operated separately and is not included with private rentals.

Getting around: Steps to the beach. About 5 min to Publix. About 10 min to Broadway at the Beach. About 15-20 min to Barefoot Landing and The Market Common. About 15 min to Myrtle Beach International Airport.

Golf: Arcadian Shores, Dunes Golf & Beach Club, Pine Lakes, Myrtlewood, and Grande Dunes are all within about 15 minutes. With 3 bedrooms and space for 12, three foursomes can share one oceanfront base.

Good to know: Minimum renter age 21. No pets, no parties. You may hear neighboring unit noise during peak season. The resort is lively and family-oriented, especially on weekends, with calmer weekdays.
