Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the experience you had. No guest should have to deal with a non-functioning TV for their entire stay, a delayed check-in after being told the room wasn't ready when it actually was, or a unit that wasn't properly cleaned. This falls well short of our standards, and we're addressing each of these issues directly with our maintenance and cleaning teams to make sure they're corrected.

We love this place. The location is excellent. It's away from the busyness but still close enough to everything. The view of the marina is beautiful. It's nice to wake up and watch the boats. This was our second time staying here. The place was clean and comfy.

This property is in the a great location; it’s just a few mins to the beach, restaurants, and the outlet! We were sad to leave and will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely beautiful resort. Top of the line amenities. The condo itself was clean, roomy, convenient, moderately updated and great for our family of 7. The shuttle service to the beach and back, which is less than one mile is beyond convenient. Beach has chairs, umbrellas, and towels for your use. A great family vacation.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are quiet surprised you compare the outside to a Days Inn as the Marina Inn at Grand Dunes is one of the most upscaled resorts in Myrtle Beach. We are so glad you enjoed the condo and hope to have you stay again soon.

AWESOME!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, we were astonished at how clean, and "at home" we felt! The atmosphere of the property was amazing, and we loved the view! The only thing that was a little bit of a downer was that the hotel treated their guests a little differently (they would receive beach parking passes, etc.) but this changed absolutely nothing for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we would love to return again in the future!!! If anyone is traveling to Myrtle Beach, this is the place to go!
