Welcome to my lovely 2-bedroom apartment in the vibrant Hochelaga neighborhood of Montreal!
Enjoy comfort and conveniences while super close to downtown while staying in a charming, historic area.

Perfect for families, couples, or business travelers, you’ll find parks, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. Experience the best of Montreal from this cozy, well-appointed home!

If you`re looking for a nice apartment to stay at in Hochelaga Montreal, look no further than this cozy and stylish two bedroom option.
Each room has a queen bed, and the quality sofa bed opens for a double so you can sleep up to 6 adults comfortably.
Bed linens are cleaned and delivered before every guest so you are getting quality sleep.
You`ll love the comforts and relaxation that this home offers, as well as the great location in this amazing neighborhood.
You`ll have fast wifi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a spacious living room kitchen open room.
Plus, you`ll be hosted by an experienced host who can make your trip easy and comfortable. We`ll also be available for any questions or issues you might have during your stay.
You have full and exclusive access to the apartment, it is not shared with others during your trip.
Everything in the apartment is available for you to make use of: washer & dryer wifi, AC, coffee machine, the full kitchen and more!

As a visitor, you`ll enjoy exploring the local attractions, such as the bustling Marché Maisonneuve, the beautiful Parc Maisonneuve, and the impressive and historic Olympic Stadium.

With its blend of historic charm and modern amenities, Hochelaga-Maisonneuve is the perfect base for your Montreal adventure, just a short metro or bus ride away from downtown. Getting around the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighborhood is easy and convenient!
The area is well-served by public transportation, with several bus lines and two metro stations nearby, providing quick access across downtown Montreal and other parts of the city.
For those who prefer to explore on foot or by bike, the neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly and features numerous bike lanes.
If you have a car, street parking is generally available. Always double check the parking rule signs. Enjoy the ease of discovering Montreal`s vibrant neighborhoods and attractions from this well-connected location!
-My check-in window closes at 12 AM, after which check-in is still possible, but fast replies are not guaranteed, I might be asleep. If you have to arrive outside my check-in time please let me know ahead and please be sure you have received the instruction, read them ahead of time, and have them on hand when you arrive.
- Similar to the above, I am very fast to reply to my guests but after midnight I might reply slow, or first thing the next morning.
-I am often out of town but my housekeepers can be available to offer assistance. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. Please keep in mind they may need some time to arrive.
-The building manager or maintenance persons may need access to the property for a few hours in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I will try to notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.
If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoke outside only. Extra cleaning fees or eviction without refund apply if smoke is detected.
🐾 No Animals
Animals aren’t permitted due to a serious health concern.
Service animals are welcome—please inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA).
🌙 Check-in & Late Night Arrivals
Check-in and check-out times are listed on the listing page For same-day bookings, access instructions may take up to 1 hour to generate after your reservation is confirmed.
You’re welcome to Check-in after midnight, but assistance may not be available. The host is not responsible for issues after midnight. Please share your ETA, review the check-in guide, and ask any questions in advance.

In line with Airbnb Policy and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility.
Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.
